Review Col'cacchio Canal Walk (halaal) - Century City

Lunch at Col’Cacchio is always a pleasure. Brilliant service by both Bazil and the manager Prince. Thank you for looking after us. We both had a fantastic creamy pasta and it was quite filling. The new menu is a stunner with so much new options and the drinks were really good. There are loads of seating available. I am definitely interested in trying the new pizzas next time.

Nice place and very generous portions. Friendly waiters but they were mistaken twice: one time they got me sparkling instead of still water and the second time they confirmed the chicken i am ordering was grilled while in reality it came breaded and instead of excusing himself he said but it is as delicious. Long story short, yes it was indeed delicious and i took home half of the meal because i couldn’t finish it. I will definitely go back. But be prepared for a seating in literally the middle of the mall

I have eaten at Col’Cacchio many times with family and friends and even with work buddies. I am really impressed that they have halaal menu's as well. The restaurant is lively and bustling, cosy, lovely, and intimate. Usually it's easy to get a table, friendly waitrons; great service and always delicious food.

The food is good, the portion is enough for an adult. The resturant is in the canal walk shopping center, in the middle of path.

Seating was immediate and we were attended to within about 5minutes. Had a bit of a language barrier when I enquired about drinks, waiter didn't look like he understood what I was asking for. Meal was good, took the spagnolo pasta which I thought could've had a bit of a more seafood sauce taste. Hubby had the Blu formaggi which had a slight hint of blue cheese. Variety of drinks from coolers to milkshake to cappuccino. Overall experience was good and we will go back. The restaurant is also halaal. Average pricing of food is R130 -R170 without the drinks and desert.

Went with family for late lunch early dinner. We came just before the heavy dinner rush, so all the staff happily greeted us and all offered to take us to our table:))) First time eating at the Canal Walk branch but the pizzas were still equally delicious and tasty. Clean environment and lovely service overall, will be back again. 100% recommend the vegetarian Strega, Norm's Pralina and definitely the Ortigiano all the way!!!! Till next time...Ciao

I brought my family for a meal, and it was such a lovely evening with a wonderful service experience. Our waitress, Miriam saw to it that we were happy at all times throughout our experience. She was polite, welcoming and served us with a smile throughout. Food was delicious and we went home happy. Will definitely come again.

Good food and good vibes. Our waiter, Ronnie, was such a good sport and was on the ball with our order and changes.

Caroline is the most wonderful waitress I have ever come across. She recommended exactly what I wanted and was looking after me and my family’s well-being all the time - checking on whether everything was in order. Mos pleasant experience.

Dined at Col'Cacchio Canal Walk and was truly impressed by the brilliant halal-friendly options. The menu caters wonderfully to diverse dietary needs without sacrificing flavor or choice. A must-visit for those seeking delicious, inclusive dining.

It was a great experience. The food, pizza and milkshake was very tasty. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The only small hiccup was the time from ordering till the food on our table. Having said that, they where quite busy as well. Will we ear there again? For sure! Will I recommend it? For sure? Overall, everything was good! Keep up the good work!

My wife and I love the scenery at the V&A and the view we used to get from the outside tables overlooking the beach, however with the V&A becoming a "Halal friendly restaurant" certainly does not cut it for us due to many of our concerns. However we decided to make a last minute stop for that "Col'Cacchios Cheezy Margarita Pizza", we knew that we at the last hour 9pm, although the Manager (Shane) still gave us a warming welcoming and reassured us multiple times that they will still accept our presence. We did feel bad due to the bad timing. We were then served by an absolutely wonderful lady (Sipho) who only had a pleasurable approach and took our order and special requests without a hint of a fuss. The food was served with absolute perfection! We humbly apologise for our late visit to the staff. Although my Wife and I have no regrets with giving you guys a shot we will definitely be visiting you soon and on a regular! A big thank you to Shane & Sipho and all staff for an amazing experience even at the very last hour! PS: Please keep this one Strictly Halal. - Yaseen & Nazmiera
