Wow! Had my first pizza tonight from Tru and I'm now a Tru convert! Great pizza. What a find in my local neighborhood. Don't think, just get pie and you want be sorry.
Pleasant customer service, efficient delivery and really good pizzas. No complaints. If you are looking for a new brand or trying to support local, I highly recommend them.

So I'm always on the lookout to support local, close to home businesses, so when I heard the Tru had opened a stone throw away from home, by two brothers from a nearby neighbourhood, I had to try it. Now pizza is a simple thing and it's generally a crowd pleaser on any day, but this is, by far, some of the yummiest pizza I've had. We opted for the BFA(BACON FETA AVO) as well as something abit more gourmet, called the Parma...Parma Ham, Rocket with a Balsamic reduction. Both absolutely stacked with toppings( extremely generous with the feta and Parma Ham) and fed four people comfortably, with a few slices to spare for breakfast. Needless to say, no more generic calls to my nearby takeout or (insert lame pizza brand here). Also, no need to leave your couch, Tru delivers, not only physically, but in flavour too!
Woah woah woah! Hands down one of the best pizzas in Cape Town! Super quick delivery, and so tasty! Pricing is also very reasonable, and they offer free gluten free bases! Love love love!
Better than I thought. Ordered for delivery on a Friday evening and it was delivered within 20minutes. How awesome is that? And pizza? Wowza. Very very very good. Loved it. ❤️
Tru Pizza is true to its name, the awesome pizzas they have to offer is out of this world, plenty of toppings, made in the oven just correctly. They use only the best and fresh ingredients, they always accommodating to my requests which makes me always go back. Friendly staff, quick service, food always hot, always ready on time. My go to place for the most amazing yummy pizzas.
…Today we tried a take out order for a large Bacon, Feta & Avocado Pizza with a few Wings via Mr. D! We found the pizza to be taste-ii and well loaded with the chosen toppings. Will definitely try some more in the future…
I recently had the pleasure of trying the pizza at Tru and it was nothing short of phenomenal. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was warm and inviting. The service was top notch and the staff was incredibly friendly. But most importantly, the pizza itself was out of this world. The crust was perfectly crispy and had a delicious, authentic taste. The toppings were fresh and flavorful, and the cheese was melted to perfection. It was clear that a lot of care and attention went into making each and every pizza. I highly recommend,Tru,the staff,the full deal, to anyone looking for a truly exceptional pizza experience.

Great pizza and burgers coupled with super and friendly service. We have been getting our takeaways from Tru for the past 2 years and counting.
Ok. So this was something new I wanted to try and boy, did it deliver. On time. And hot and half of it did not make the couch. I devoured it while getting my drink ready. The ordering system was quick and painless. You order online and they deliver through various methods, incl Uber eats. I got the butcher boys which was really good. Thin base. Tasty meats and topping. Well done. I hope you keep it up, tru that
We ordered their hot fries and it was extremely amazing and it was hot which means that it was freshly made.

I googled Pizza and noticed that Tru had purchased an ad to display themselves on top of the list. They opened at 5:30 PM. I phoned and ordered 2 pizzas for myself and the girlfriend; they said it would take 40 minutes. It took 35 minutes.
The pizza was delicious. It was piping hot still, lots of cheese and crispy bases. The tomato base I can tell is a very traditional, pure tomato base; I don't know if they add anything but fresh tomatoes to it, I may be wrong but it tastes pretty 'clean' - either way, it's delicious. Pricing was off the charts with what I'm used to paying for pizzas.
Overall a really great pizza takeout, the delivery was really quick, great pizza at a great cost and they bring card facilities.
