My favorite Coffee place in Cape Town! I was there almost every day for the past three months... The staff is amazing & the vibe is great! Keep it up guys! I'll see you when a come back to Cape Town ;)

I cannot rave enough about the cold toddy. What a wake up call for your taste buds! Delicious!!!! I also had a larnie salami sarmie which hit the spot, poppy seeds stuck in my gums notwithstanding (but that's my issue and not the establishments fault! 😀). All in all a lovely experience and great break in my work day.
Good coffee and some great art hanging on the walls. Really enjoyed my fresh juice and vegetarian roti. Give it a shot for lunch! Friendly staff and a good place for people watching!
I often frequent the CBD Molten Toffee, and it truly is one of my favourite coffee shops in Cape Town. They do one of the best Mochas I’ve ever had in Town, and their Lattes are just as good. The food is great as well. The staff are some of the friendliest people I’ve come across in coffee shops and I will go back again and again and again!
Cute little coffee shop that we stumbled upon. Went in there at about 11:30am so decided to have breakfast. I ordered the full works omelette which was huge! Packed with everything mentioned on the menu- might I add the bacon was crispy and the omelette was delicious. My mate ordered scrambled eggs with smoked salmon and avocado on the side. For drinks I had the cortado coffee and my mate ordered the golden milk which was perfect! We went back again for more of it :).

Popped into molten coffee to grab something that could help me with a cold!
The staff was very helpful and luckily their signature hot drink for the day had apple juice, ginger and lemon which did just the trick.
It's this rose gold and white setting with very cute lights and it is more a work spot over a cosy coffee date spot.
Cute breakfast spot with amazing wraps and freshly squeezed juice.
We dropped in for brunch, delightful green juice and nice smoothie. We had the divine salmon omelette & poached eggs with avocado on sourdough toast, all cooked to perfection. Would definitely revisit and highly recommend others to try.

I liked the interior and nice and kind staffs.
Me and my friend ordered ‘2 scrambled eggs with avocado and toast’ and ‘cheese and tomato signature toasted sandwich’.
We liked the foods very much and hot latte and cappuccino were awesome.
The only thing we didn’t like is the staff who wants to clean everything away even the dishes we didn’t finished yet.
The cup we had water was gone when I looked for. And even the staff grabbed my coffee cup and shook it if there is still coffee in it.
That was not pleasant but except that, the coffee, foods, interior, the price, everything was great.
Molten coffee is a conscious breakfast cafe with its own personality.
Decor: 5/5 the array of plants with the cork tables add to conscious and healthy image that molten coffee clearly promotes. Seating is limited, and the cork tables are a bit small when ordering food as there is limited room for plates and coffee. There is an outside seating area as well but this was full.
Food: 3/5- very healthy, my Avo bagel was crunchy but lacked flavour. My partner had an egg and bacon roll, and this too lacked flavour. Perhaps it has to do with the lack of salt/spices. My partners americano arrived without milk? Orange juice was delicious.
Service: 5/5- they have a system and it clearly works. I visited during the busiest time and although I could see the gentlemen rushing, they were not spinning.
Bathroom needs a bit of an upgrade.
This is definitely the type of place to get your breakfast on the go unless you have managed to bag an outside table. Otherwise I left feeling very healthy.

Great coffee, excellent service only thing I didn't quite like was the char grilled bacon. I wish waiter asked how I wanted them done. Other than that definitely going back for coffee again or to try the fresh squeezed juice 🙋♀️

Staff is very nice and very good coffee. There are some seats outside too. They had a wrap which was gluten free AND vegan and it was fantastic.
Motlen serves one of the best latte's I've had in Cape Town. Cool location where you can sit outside and do some people watching. Staff is upbeat, friendly and fast. 5 well deserved stars.
Love it! Best coffee on Kloof Street and great service. I will return many many times!
