It is that good. Come and spoil your tastebuds. I have been here a couple of times, and each time I go I get to enjoy food again. Food takes a new meaning, it's no longer filling your stomach, rather now it's fills your soul.
If you can get the wine pairing do go with that as their pairings are always on point.
Is it pricey, yes, but it creates a lovely memory that will last a very long time.
Had an outstanding meal at Chefs Table on a Monday evening. There were 5 of us including 1 vegetarian and everyone was blown away by the food. The service was also top notch and friendly. I will definitely be back in the future
Great place for adventurous food with unusual flavours. I had the artichoke starter which was excellent. And the fish of the day which was close to perfect. I would rate the Restaurant a 4.7.
Really enjoyed the atmosphere and the food. Everything that we ordered tasted amazing and so different to the normal way vegetarian meals are prepared...it wad a feast for the eyes as well as for the tummy.
Went for ladies lunch and everything was magnificent. Lovely menu, great presentations of food. The Karoo lamb could have been served warmer though.
Lovely venue for a year end lunch. Our waiter, Moses, was fantastic and the food was excellent. Will definitely go there again.
Wow. What an awesome dining experience. The food was exquisite. Unusual flavors combing so well. The service from Maxine was excellent. She didn't hover or get in our space yet our wine glasses were continuously filled and she was there whenever we needed her. Such a professional.

Great food experience. Well prepared dishes. Some of the portions are a little large (my starter), and my main dish seemed odd with side dishes where everyone else's were served on one plate. Would be much better of those sides were part of the dish, although this is likely a personal preference. It's a minor nitpick though as the food was delicious.
What an amazing experience. The food was great, the service was superb and the venue is beautiful. Definitely worth the visit. I had the pickled and crispy squid for starters - definitely had a Durban flavour to it. For mains I had the 28 day wet-aged fillet. It was great! A fair portion too. All in all an amazing evening was had by all. The bathrooms are also worth a visit. 🤣
