Mugg and Beans portions are massive and you definitely get good value for money when you visit them. There were only a few tables as the students are away during the holidays, but they are normally extremely busy. Their cappacino was good. The service was great. Definitely worth a visit.

Simply the best. That was our experience. Friendliness doesn't cost allot, is my velocify. The staff was great, and the food was splendid. Recommend them to anyone. Everything was fresh and crispy.

Needed power and internet connectivity after a night of loadshedding. Swift response on connectivity and plugging in my laptop and then the waitress simply disappeared for long periods of time. Bagel with blueberries and bacon was great but I had finished my coffee by the time the Bagel arrived.

We stopped for coffee and cake. The chocolate cake was a little bit dry and the cheesecake was absolutely delicious!! The waitress was very friendly and helpful. It was quiet and at the end of the day.

I was there with a group of German tourists. The staff were very friendly and helpful, making this a very special experience for the familym The food was served promptly, was well presented, and well received. Excellent place.

Jiaan is an incredible manager. Wow, well done. He's personality is amazing. Thanks Jiaan for always making sure I'm happy when I enter the store till I leave the store. We'll done to the baker for the amazing blueberry muffin. Great attitude Barista. Keep up the good work team. This is what brings back customers. Well done .

Absolutely pathetic service. I waited for nearly 20 minutes without any waiter attending me. Eventually I noticed the manager and draw his attention. I complain to him and ordered a hot chocolate to drink which was a cold chocolate by the time he brought it. I asked for another one and ordered my food also. Then I waited for 45 minutes before it arrives. Everything was cold including the food. Not once was a waiter at my table to check up if everything was in order. Needless to say I waited another almost 25 minutes for my bill. So what was supposed to be a nice quick lunch turns out to be a torture of bad food and service more more than 90 minutes After a bad experience I was impressed by the way the manager handled it. Received excellent service today and the food was from top drawer. Keep the standard like that and you will see me definitely again

As good as what you would expect from any Mugg & Bean, but the ambience is better here for some reason. Not the friendliest staff, but the atmosphere and delicious meals make up for that somehow.
