Really cool place to hang out with mates and enjoy a pint or two! Excellent atmosphere and has an old English pub feel to it. Packed with students so definitely a place to meet new people
De Akker is perfect for anyone that likes a nice old-fashioned vibe, music that isn't too loud and annoying and cold beer.
Prices are pretty decent, but their main attraction has to be the barmen. Always making jokes and having a good time, making it look like a great place to work. Management is also pretty on it, always hustling.
They have an upstairs venue that is open to hire for an event, which is very cool for a 21st or any party.
Decent size, tasty burgers! Plus a good variety of beverages 🍻 service is best to walk right to the bar but perfect for a chill out spot, especially if you want to be in the sunshine or moonlight. Expect students cheering fellow strangers 💪
