I'm so impressed with Nando's service for take out. Called them, they recognised me from my number. Had my address. Got the sms immediately after placing my order with my order number and my food came 25 minutes later. Delicious as always. Thank you guys!

Very friendly service. Ordered take aways during lunch hour, the wait was bearable. Their chicken is fresh and tender. Plenty of seating for dine-in patrons.

I think this is one of the best nandos in Jhb...they get hot right. Today I took a break from my usual 1/4 chicken and opted for the chicken livers meal with a garlic roll...I really enjoy the burning hot flavour.

I've got to admit that this Nandos has really stepped up its game after many failed previous experiences, I do believe that it is under new management which just goes to show that it makes a big difference. I have been there on 2 occasions within the past week and ordered the chicken. The chickens on both instances seem to be different as they are a lot more tender, succulent, and just plain delicious. Thanks again Nandos for a reliable place I can turn to without driving far.

I go to this Nando's often. It is usually quite busy but our food arrived shortly after ordering. We ordered a full chicken to share with a side of peri chips and peri spinach and peri livers. The chicken was mostly really good with most pieces succulent but the breasts were a bit dry. The peri spinach was disappointing with the sauce being rather watery. Over all it was a good meal!

I first heard about this specific Nando's branch due to their free sherry for clients ordering.. which is a wonderful addition while you wait for your order.

Nando’s is famous to me for two things in South Africa:
1. Its butterfly cut, peri-peri chicken - marinated for 24-hours, flame-grilled and basted in your choice of sauce.
2. Its witty advertising that is usually tailor-made to what is currently happening in South Africa and on trend (its like they read my mind regarding both political and socio-economic factors).

I love their lemon & herb chicken options, but on this visit I opted for a Sticky Prego Pulled Chicken pita on this particular visit and enjoyed it very much!

The staff have never gotten my order incorrect and I find Nandos very convenient during those power outages in the middle of the week so for me Nandos Rivonia gets a thumbs up!

I remember my shock once years ago when I bought food from here and on arrival we were offered shots of sherry. What a good welcome in the winter months. The chicken has been good and the service standard. Think tomorrow I need to pay another visit here for my usual wrap chips and dip

Quick service inside, love the decor, and the queues are usually minimal so you can zip in and out quickly. Drive thru is a bit less amazing, but their late hours make it bearable

Okay the drive through is quick enough for a Nandos... The food is amazing. I love the spicy rice hot pot and it's always done just right. No inconsistencies. So overall, great service and great food.

I had the pleasure of dealing with Sadina at Rivonia. I had ordered Fiesta fries and I had an issue with the food quality upon delivery. I called Nando's and Sadina called me back promptly. She was lovely and polite, offering to replace the item. She went above beyond by preparing the item for me herself. It was delicious! She sets an example of what excellent customer service is! I will be back.
