Our waitress, who's name I unfortunately cannot recall, was amazing. She made my daughter's 9th birthday extra special. All the staff were fabulous and the food was excellent. I can't say thank you enough for giving that bit extra to make my daughter's birthday one to remember. The smile on her face was priceless.

Had a awesome time with my son on Friday, we both had the bacon and guacamole burgers, chili fries and some honey mustard wings. The food was great and vibe was chilled. Definitely returning again soon.

The staff are just awesome. They’re friendly and they make you feel really comfortable as soon as you enter. This was actually the first restaurant that I’ve been to where the manager was genuinely a nice person which is new to me seeing as managers(at other restaurants) usually just walk around and wait till your mouth is full of food so that they can ask you if you’re fine and then you have to try and mumble and say “yes” because you feel disgusted with the way you ‘attacked’ your plate of food and you just want them to walk away from you so that you can continue eating your food as violently as you were
I gave 4 stars because FOR SOME REASON I’ve never ordered any burgers at this store, I’ve ordered many MANY items from the sides menu as well as most of the desserts (besides the Twisted cheesecake which I only noticed last week)...
Fast forward by a month...
So i finally went to this place and got an actual burger, and not one of the sides or desserts that I usually order....NO, Today I went all out and got myself fries, wings and a burger because I could and I didn’t regret any of it.
•The BlackStar burger was delicious and whole aesthetic of the black bun somehow allowed me to focus more on the coleslaw within the burger than the actual patty...which is, sadly, not available anymore because of the new range of limited edition burgers.
•The chilli cheese fries were Bomb as usual
•And the Wings were something else entirely...they were covered in the Buffalo sauce but somehow still managed to be crispy on the inside which, if you ask me, would be a much better substitute to any fast food fried-chicken restaurant that sells their wings for about R4 less...that extra R4 you pay is well worth it as the wings your order are also accompanied by a dip.
Just a small note:
The Chilli Cheese Fries are an awesome side...but the heat does intensify as you munch on...so to spare you some of the time which will be taken up by you suffering from the heat of the chillies, rather put some of the chillies to the side.
Mushroomswizz and baconcheeseguac burgers are THE bomb dot com! I will be trying the veggie smash version next. Fries and ribs are awesome too! Generous portions! Nice vibe, friendly staff and usually packed. Thumbs up! Because #notnormal is how I roll!
Rocomamas Town Square totally awesome experience. Cindy the waiter was friendly, professional and a real people's person. She served my family and i with the uttermost respect. She was very engaging and knew her products well. The food was totally amazing, served to perfection.

every time i go to roccamamas in weltevreden park i only get the best service the food is 5 out of 5 the vibe is superb 5/5 and then the service is a whopping 5/5

Our guilty pleasure. The burgers are absolutely out of this world and so many combinations that you can create. This is by far the best place for burgers, hands down!! Oh and the Jack Daniels shakes are amazing.
Their burgers are one of the best in the country. The patty is seasoned well and I love the fact that you can create your own burger with the amazing add-on combos. I have also picked up their pork ribs which was amazing. The meat came right off the bone, which means I could probably order it on a date without worrying about being messy😂. I also got the jalapeno six bombs, which was interesting, and the chilli con carne fries, which was really good. I love the service at this specific joint. They are always friendly and aware of the customer. The seating arrangement is like every other franchise...comfy and chilled. They always play great music!
The manager at this branch is so friendly and makes sure that everything does go smoothly and quickly, unfortunately the day we went the service was extremely slow and the manager took our complaint seriously. The food was delicious as per usual. The staff were still kind and patient.

The only reason for giving a 3 start is really the waiting period for your food. Whether by Uber or by placing the order directly, it does take a while. Otherwise the burgers are mouth watering really. The chips are sometimes served cold and don’t know why that is. Sometimes the chips are too hard and not as fresh as other times. That’s also a downer for me. We usually go for a quick bite or takeout.
The staff here is awesome. The food is great, and it doesn't take long to get to you. You can tell that everyone who works here takes pride in being here. Did I mention that the waffles are awesome? Well, they are.
Fantastic example of the franchise! Great staff, great food and easily the best burgers for miles! A basic selection of craft beers is appreciated (If pricey) though their use of paper straws quickly renders any fizzy drink flat in seconds (Along with potentially projecting your drink all over the table by the straw from the de-carbonisation). Overall, a great place for a bite to eat
When I tell you that everything about this everything is top tier, believe me because I was impressed. I went there on the 2nd of this month which is April with my boyfriend for a date and their service was perfect,the food was delicious, my boyfriend's favorite part was the waffles we had for dessert Delicious!!!!! And lastly the music was also very accomodative for everyone. Thank you for the wonderful service Rocomamas Roodepoort! Keep it up!

This is one of the few places that I’ve given a full 5-stars to because everything just seems so perfect...you’re well taken care of, the food portions are great, the staff are friendly, the atmosphere in general is just great
A little side note: I’ve ordered many MANY items from the sides menu as well as most of the desserts and the two items that I’d recommend you try, and order whenever you get the chance to, are the ChilliCheez** Fries and the Cookies&Cream waffles

The team, owners, and managment really did an excellent job in improving the quality of my order. In all honesty, this has to be the best order I have had in ages at a rocos.
