We stopped by for a quickly wine tasting. Best decision! The wine was good, the girl who was explaining to us was ok (she doesn’t drink alcohol. A bit strange) We had a good afternoon.

Lovey little estate overlooking a beautiful pond. The pond has a quaint corner sitting on the waters edge where guests can sit and reflect in silence. The amenities are well deserving of 4 stars. Our room was equipped with two heaters. under floor heating in the bathroom and heated blankets. We had a luxurious bath tub and pleasant shower despite the water never been piping hot. Word of warning to light sleepers. Room 1 is next door to the walk in fridge which kept me up all night. Fortunately the friendly staff moved us to a more quiet room. The attentive staff are always available to help with a smile and made me feel really welcomed. The resident chief is amazing serving fantastic dinners. The food is very pricy but we'll worth the price tag. I was slightly underwhelmed with the massage facilities. The room was chilly but once the professional masseuse puts her warm hands on you, you forget the cold. Unfortunately my wife and I had to take turns as the room is only big enough for one person. Overall this place is deserving of the ratings and is a definite bargain

Room was lovely as expected from a four-star establishment. Spa was very relaxed and staff was great. Food was good - some dishes too rich though - restaurant service can be improved in terms of consistency - wines were good. If you want to break away to relax then Rosendal is a perfect choice.

We attended the Wacky Wine Festival and made Rosendal one of our stops. The wine was lovely, and the inside was cosy. The outside was absolutely stunning and beautiful view. We did not eat at Rosendal but will definitely go back perhaps to go try the food or to enjoy the scenery.

What a venue! Full on voice automated controls in all rooms! Damn loves telling Alexa what to do! From turn on lights, blinds down, start shower, wake me up with jazz music and make me coffee! And to top it off the electric bikes wow! If u info red wine try the reserve hilltop merlot!

We loved it! Staff are polite & friendly, very helpful. There were some renovations happening while we were there, but werent intrusive. Food was good. Ambience & surroundings perfect!
