The food has improved. Yesterday I bought a take away as usual and their chicken tasted better than before. The service was a bit slow however the person was helping me was quite friendly.
Not much to say about it, just did a drive though and the assistant was friendly and helpful. Got what I came for and enjoyed it.
Service is very slow at the drive thru. The chicken livers have very little gravy in the box.

I am a huge fan of Nandos & I am honestly a regular especially at Malibongwe as it’s closer to my home. Yesterday we did our drive through with my husband, the usual & unfortunately my order was for the 1st time not good enough. I sent a review this morning & didn’t really expect much. About an hour later, I received a call from (Lindo)Manager from Malibongwe who was extremely sorry, & kind to me. She kindly requested me to come back to the branch this evening & she apologised again in person & offered me the same meal exactly the way I like it. I am truly impressed & grateful for this service. I am 💯 satisfied & Thank you Nandos Malibongwe .

They didn't call us for our order 😔 and ended up being cold.
Excellent customer service and they are abiding by Covid regulations and the service is quick and efficient and I enjoyed their meal 😊.
I love the fact that they have a drive through for all their menu options including full uncut chicken. The food is always very fresh and service is refreshingly friendly and fast.

Don't have the soup as a takeaway, the portion is teeny tiny, and they forgot the roll, there livers weren't packed properly so it leaked in the bag, and covered the kids chips, chicken and wrap was good but no cutlery or serviettes were given...had to ask for it and I got 5 forks, and 2 serviettes....they haven't mastered he drive through yet, and there is a lot of loud sighing at requests by the lady at the window....maybe I'm wasting her time???

Loved the smiles, the speedy service, got exactly what I wanted the taste and the intimate setting. My table was cleaned in seconds of asking by a very friendly staff member on the 29 July 2022. The chicken definitely Juicy. I felt safe and at home. Best way to eat Nandos, using your hands.
