Review Nando's Malibongwe Drive Thru - Randburg

The food has improved. Yesterday I bought a take away as usual and their chicken tasted better than before. The service was a bit slow however the person was helping me was quite friendly.

Not much to say about it, just did a drive though and the assistant was friendly and helpful. Got what I came for and enjoyed it.

Service is very slow at the drive thru. The chicken livers have very little gravy in the box.

I am a huge fan of Nandos & I am honestly a regular especially at Malibongwe as it’s closer to my home. Yesterday we did our drive through with my husband, the usual & unfortunately my order was for the 1st time not good enough. I sent a review this morning & didn’t really expect much. About an hour later, I received a call from (Lindo)Manager from Malibongwe who was extremely sorry, & kind to me. She kindly requested me to come back to the branch this evening & she apologised again in person & offered me the same meal exactly the way I like it. I am truly impressed & grateful for this service. I am 💯 satisfied & Thank you Nandos Malibongwe .

They didn't call us for our order 😔 and ended up being cold.

Excellent customer service and they are abiding by Covid regulations and the service is quick and efficient and I enjoyed their meal 😊.

I love the fact that they have a drive through for all their menu options including full uncut chicken. The food is always very fresh and service is refreshingly friendly and fast.

Pleasant service. Ordered a bbq'd full chicken. It was the best ever!

Don't have the soup as a takeaway, the portion is teeny tiny, and they forgot the roll, there livers weren't packed properly so it leaked in the bag, and covered the kids chips, chicken and wrap was good but no cutlery or serviettes were given...had to ask for it and I got 5 forks, and 2 serviettes....they haven't mastered he drive through yet, and there is a lot of loud sighing at requests by the lady at the window....maybe I'm wasting her time???

Loved the smiles, the speedy service, got exactly what I wanted the taste and the intimate setting. My table was cleaned in seconds of asking by a very friendly staff member on the 29 July 2022. The chicken definitely Juicy. I felt safe and at home. Best way to eat Nandos, using your hands.

Nandos Malibongwe certainly assisted me with mutiple meals for my meal donations to those in need this festive time period - Thank you so much Nandos for working on a Public Holiday and for assisting me with all those meals for me to distribute! Alhumdullilah 🙏🏽

I like their food. Always freshly prepared and tasty. Service is slow to order. Atmostphere is the same as every Nandos

Was here on a Sunday. It was quite and service was quick. Staff was friendly. I wish they could do something about the flies though. Otherwise everything was good in general.

The food is very good, neatly prepared and served fast. I used the drive thru which was very fast and the staff were extremely kind and friendly.
