I had a moderate-good experience with this specific Wimpy. It’s a public holiday and it wasn’t full. We didn’t wait too long for our food (not more than 10 minutes). If there was any atmosphere music, I didn’t notice it because it was quiet enough for conversations. There aren’t any appealing aesthetics - it suits elderly people or families on the go.
The food was really good (8.5/10). We had breakfast meals and gourmet bar-one milkshakes which were not as thick as I expected it to be. They also had a buy one Bar-one milkshake & get one free special😁!
The service was moderate (6/10). We were not welcomed at the door and allocated a seat, however a waiter did come to attend to us after a minute. The order that came was wrong at first - but it was quickly corrected. The bread type was also wrong, but it was not a hassle when we asked for the right type. Lastly, the doneness of our eggs were swapped as well.
Very clean and enjoyable experience. Food was tasty and the service was good. The music was just at the right level so we could still enjoy our conversation. The Wi-Fi was free and fast and the charging points were a great bonus.
Nomsa - Very friendly and easy to talk to. I enjoyed my meal because of her friendliness, kindness and she has a good skill of working with people. Next time when I come back I would really love to be served by her
