I had a moderate-good experience with this specific Wimpy. It’s a public holiday and it wasn’t full. We didn’t wait too long for our food (not more than 10 minutes). If there was any atmosphere music, I didn’t notice it because it was quiet enough for conversations. There aren’t any appealing aesthetics - it suits elderly people or families on the go.
The food was really good (8.5/10). We had breakfast meals and gourmet bar-one milkshakes which were not as thick as I expected it to be. They also had a buy one Bar-one milkshake & get one free special😁!
The service was moderate (6/10). We were not welcomed at the door and allocated a seat, however a waiter did come to attend to us after a minute. The order that came was wrong at first - but it was quickly corrected. The bread type was also wrong, but it was not a hassle when we asked for the right type. Lastly, the doneness of our eggs were swapped as well.

Very clean and enjoyable experience. Food was tasty and the service was good. The music was just at the right level so we could still enjoy our conversation. The Wi-Fi was free and fast and the charging points were a great bonus.

Her warmth and friendly attitude were the main reasons I enjoyed my visit to Wimpy.
I watched her interactions with other patrons and I can confirm that, she is just the same to others as she has been with me. She regularly checks in with us during our meals. She got our orders correctly and even remembered our names! What a personal touch to providing exceptional service. Thank you Wimpy for hiring warm brand champions. I will always visit Wimpy because of her.

The few times that I've been here, the service has been good, it does get busy though, as with all places and service starts to slow down a little. The food is delicious.😋 I usually order the best of both breakfast with a mega cremochino😍👌🏽 or the champion burger which is soooooooooo good😱😱😱 egg, bacon, cheese, mayo, relish, beef patty and if you're me then you add some avo to it😬🤷🏽♀️ The location isn't so great because there are a lot of homeless people standing outside and around the restaurant which is a bit uncomfortable.

Nice place to meet for a milkshake with a friend. When it comes to breakfasts they sometimes get the order wrong in terms of how you want you eggs and end up overcoming them which can be really annoying

Service is pretty slow despite very little customers since the waiters are having their own conversations and not keeping an eye on their customers. I had to wait 15 before my waiter came to take my order- no drink orders have been placed yet! But otherwise the food tastes the same as any other wimpy branch, their waffles are still my favorite

Decided to invade the student village on a Saturday morning. It was quite busy for a long weekend.<br/>I ordered the Best of Both breakfast. Freshly prepared. I got a large latte to go with it and boy is it large. It's huge. Humongous. I couldn't even finish it. <br/>Service from our waiter was good. She was quite attentive.<br/><br/>Nothing beats Wimpy breakfast.

It felt exactly like any other Wimpy. Food often arrives in really tiny portions, and has the potential of being kinda bland. I advise ordering a traditional breakfast meal to get the best value for your money and for a good Wimpy experience.

Ordering for 15 people on a Monday morning for a team breakfast at 7am can be a stressful exercise. Come wimpy to the rescue. A way better option for a good wholesome breakfast. Order was ready before 7am and they even got everyone's order correct. Guess they deserve extra points for this.

My Waitress Ntabiseng looked like I was speaking a foreign language when I asked for spicy guacamole on my burger. I proceeded to point out the spicy guac on the menu to her bemused nod. She totally ignored the request and omitted the guac from my double bacon and cheese. She then avoided me until I was done to collect my plate and issue me the bill. I can't fault the quality of the food as the burger was good, though it would have been great if it had some guacamole. Good food + bad service leaves a bad taste in my mouth 🍔

As good as wimpy breakfasts get, we started our saturday off with a warm and delicious one. <br/>Never a bad idea and an affordable meal! Wimpy never disappoints with their meals, friendly service and lemon crushers.<br/>

As a student it is compulsory to go for a weekend breakfast at Wimpy (especially after a night out)! Unfortunately service can be a little slow as Wimpy is generally quite full but the staff are very friendly and welcoming! <br/><br/>I had the 'Bright Start' breakfast which was fairly tasty. My only complaint would be the tomatoes which were much bigger than advertised and therefore a little watery unfortunately. I also had a Lemon Freezo which was very refreshing. It has a very lemony flavor which was delicious🍋

For some reason I have turned this into my go to coffe spot. If ever a friend of mine or someone calls me because they are around the Hatfield area and they want to meet for coffee I almost always suggest wimpy. It's a chilled place to sit and catch up with someone I have only had an actual meal there 3 times and all 3 times the food was just fine but I do enjoy the atmosphere and the stuff is quiet friendly

Excellent service and great food :) polite staff and usual good food for a franchise. Considering that the food is mass produced and not of any speciality, it is still the classic satisfaction for a good burger
