I went today to do some some work and grab some brunch. Spacious table and available plug points, but not available at all the table. WiFi only available when you order food, but that’s understandable. Service was good and they always checked up to see that all was good. The food was good but can be improved on. I had the crumbed chicken burger. I think it could have improved with a bit more sauce so that it isn’t so dry. Overall pleasant experience. Would go again. The tapas menu looked good

This is the third time in a row that I have come to bootleggers in Kenilworth and have not been acknowledged on arrival and have had to wait for a menu, even though there are staff walking all around us. It is such a shame because the atmosphere, the coffee and the food is brilliant. Come on guys, please jack up the attention to detail. The manager came over while we were having coffee and I was excited that he could acknowledge they had not served us well and committed to doing better. I have adjusted the 2 stars to a 4 stars. Great job
