I bought chicken burger asked for hot source but first cashier didn’t advise how hot the source is. 😒.Until a lady named Basetsana Mokoena who came to serve me my meal pointed that the source is an extremely hot and if I will be able to eat it. I must say she has the best customer service, sense of humour with a friendly smile😃, if it wasn’t for her I wouldn’t have enjoyed my meal. She was more than happy to correct the source on my chicken burger and made sure I enjoyed my meal. Big ups to Basetsana 🥰that’s what I call great customer service 🤩
