Eleanor was very friendly, we had specific dietary requirements, she offered us the choices we had what we could have instead. I found that incredible meant we weren’t lost as customers if we had to move on to another place. She is very good at up selling which was to our detriment but hey she did it in an easy manner.
No matter how busy this branch is, their service and quality never disappoint.
Their service is quick, and food is always fresh. Love stopping here for a quick cuppa and cheesecake 😋
Stopped by the airport location for some coffee and breakfast. Londie was my server and did a super job of finding me a breakfast sandwich at 3 pm. Super friendly and attentive. Great service at this location. I came back the next day for more and everyone remembered me and my order from the day before.
Staff is always fantastic. Today, Stella and Kamogelo at OR Tambo International Airport made my birthday special with a free slice of cake and cappuccino at the take-away section and their willingness and pleasant smiles💃🏽

I’ve visited this Mugg & Bean several times over the years and never been disappointed.
The food is excellent, the options more than adequate for all palettes and it has comfortable seating with great views and places to charge devices.
They open early, 06:00, very helpful, especially with some international flights arriving before 05:00!
The Crew is cheerful and if you are lucky, you may get an attentive waiter.
The food is hit or miss.. It's either wonderful or just so-so, as is the coffee.
Overall a good bet when transiting through OR Tambo International Airport.
The restaurant has a little parking space for the luggage.
Great service from Emilio at this branch! He was friendly and efficient. Really enjoyed my coffee and croissant while waiting for my next flight
Food was pretty good, unfortunately coffees were not fantastic, although beautifully presented! My salad was very tasty but had more toppings than lettuce. If was in town again would most likely come here again. Food portions are very generous.
