I really miss all the nice relaxing atmosphere... All the McDonald's sounds like shebeen's these days... Everyone is screaming to change orders and everyone talking so loud around you. Maybe it's all just Africa culture? * The Service are very Good and the Food are amazing... the problem is the Noise, shouting from far to change and update orders... that's really not normal.

Quick, drive through meal for the toddler.. not the healthiest option, but definitely a win for a "hangry" kid and a frazzled out mum..

We went there, it was chilled and the orders were done in quick and friendly manor. Food was great and the place is clean. I even made a mistake when I did the order , I orded burgers only so when they brought them we bought drinks alone again. I checked the slip without talking to anyone I realized that I am the one who made a mistake. The lady who brought the drinks to our table even suggested if we have bought meals but we told her our minds are somewhere else. Sometimes we as customers do mistakes and want to blame businesses because we think we are right. Great shop, great service, friendly staff and good burgers above all it is Clean

Never had a bad customer care experience, the employees are almost always smiling, which makes the service more enjoyable. The area is pretty clean, quite small inside but is in a convenient spot in a busy intersection. They have a larger outside area and ample parking. The drive through is almost a fly through, very fast service. 4/5

Terribly slow service. Waited 30min for one burger and we are the only client here. No excuse for service like this. I agree with the others i dont know how this branch is still open

When it eventually arrives, the food isn't too bad, but getting it is a nightmare. The delivery is frequently more than an hour late, which is ridiculous since the restaurant is 3.5km away. When you want to contact them to find out where your food is, you'll have even worse luck. The telephone number doesn't work and there's no e-mail address to speak of. So you have no choice but to sit and wait, and go hungry until they decide to deliver.

I honestly don't know how this specific branch is still in business. It's now been two separate occasions where I have waited almost 2 hours for a delivery. I let it go the first time because their manager reached out to me. But this is not okay. Add in the fact that their phone is busy every time I call, and you get an extremely pissed off customer.

Steers makes good chips, and make better burgers than McDonald's, convenient and fast. I'm not a fan of fast food but it's one of the boys favourite takeaways.

Well ever since they moved across the street, they are MUCH cleaner and spacious and no longer stuffy, so you can now wait for your meal without feeling like you are stuck in a cupboard. The staff no so friendly, really get irritated when you are ordering something and someone is busy chatting to someone at the back and then gets your order wrong and then develop an attitude, so they could train their staff better in that regard. Food - their grilled fish is really really good, I don't eat fish, but when I got this, I craved it for weeks after that. Burgers are nicely done. Great food, lovely place to catch a bite.
