Amazing venue for a kids party. The staff were so lovely and accommodating. A huge tree creates shade and there is so much room for the kids to run. Their platters were delicious too.

Rustic Cafe is by far the best sport's club restaurant I have been to. Yes they serve toasted sandwiches and burgers like other sports clubs, but they are in a totally different league. They don't serve the greasy fast food fare. The menu has a gourmet twist to every item.
We got here for pub quiz on a Friday night and it was lovely sitting outside. We had dinner and the food was good but the service even better. Such a chilled atmosphere. The food prices are also quite affordable.
This cafe is truly love, very simple concept with a rustic feel which lives up to the name. The 100% free range burger was absolutely deliciousness! the staff were very accommodating and the owner was there to explain his menu and give us some pointers. The only real downside here is for the folks facing the fields, at night the spotlights are quite blinding and only get turned off much later. The chips could also be a little softer on the inside and crunchier on the outside. All round, a lovely place for a chilled bite with friends
Had a function over the weekend at the club, with Rustic Cafe doing the catering. Kerry Gibson, the man in charge of Rustic, introduced himself and ensured that if we needed anything, we could ask him or his members of staff, who were helpful and friendly.
Paying a set rate per-a-head, the range of dishes, from the lamb spit-braai (delicious...many compliments during the evening on that), hot foods, salads and tasty desert were very good value for money. It's important to recognise Rustic is less flash then what you will find in Parkhurst for example (apples and oranges analogy NB to remember). It's the relaxing atmosphere and primarily the food that will make your visit very much worthwhile.
My best friend and I love coming here after a hectic day at campus. Milkshakes are a must ! They're amazing :)

This is a great spot. Good menu, good service and pretty decor. A really nice place in Blairgowrie that is pet friendly which is cool. We were there for lunch and everyone was really happy with their meals.
I've been to the Rustic Café a few times and the service and quality of food have always been exceptional. I like that it's pet friendly as many restaurants are not.
What stands out for me was my son's first birthday party, Kerry, the owner of Rustic arranged desserts for all the adults. I gave him my budget and he made it happen.
I'll certainly be going there again.
Great food made with top quality ingredients and crafted into such tasty meals we can't wait to go back. Good service, super family/kid friendly setting. We will be back with reinforcements.

A good place to bring young children.
Service can be slow but there's plenty of fun for youngsters such as a Jungle Gym and The Kick-Ups on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
There's also a bar and outside seating.

Convenient parking and easy to locate - In the sports area whereabout there is time trial every Tuesday - Also, soccer lessons for the little boys. Action soccer facilities.
Little local gem of a spot. The food is fantastic and the place unassuming and simple. There is a play area for the kids and lovely to sit outside on summer evening.
