Review Debonairs Pizza - Johannesburg

Ohhh...I liked the lady that was serving me at the till, I believe her name is Vuyo. She was so nice, with a very cute smile. What I like most about the store is the staff, It's not my first time coming here, there was another girl one time I didn't catch hr name,they always very professional. I like eating out here, high five to you ladies

Situated right at the main entrance of the Boulders shopping center with 5 other main chain outlets. This is the one Debonairs that when you ask for extra or swop they put on EXTRA considering I’m always taking out the meat to replace with some optional veggies . I always feel happy getting my pizza. Nice pizza Taste like all Debonairs, The shop is tiny with only 5 tables but delivers considering the amount of foot traffic that passes through here midmonth and month end rather do an online or over the phone to collect.

Made an online order in the morning for 16:45 I got there @ 17:00 (due to traffic). Lady said "your order isn't ready takeo a seat" 10min later I asked her how far and with attitude "like I said your order will be out soon" and only @ 17:15 it was ready!!! I mean what's the use of pre orders if u wait just like everybody else who had just bought??!!

Hands down the worst service I have ever received. Incompetent staff, incompetent manager, incompetent delivery person, just incompetence. .

Placed an order via the app. Store called to confirm my order. Order was delivered in less than 30 minutes. The driver was friendly and professional. Great service

A bit about Debonairs (which was a favorite for years and a university staple many years back).. For those of you who don't know, Debonairs is a proudly South African pizzeria originally started by two students from Maritzburg. <br/><br/>These kids obviously loved their pizza experimentation and together they invented the Triple-Decker, the Crammed-Crust as well as the 'Hot or Not' sticker (all of which I like). <br/>Since then, after a splurge of growth nationwide.. it was decided that they could (and should) find a way to 'give back' - This arrived in the form of Doughnation (where leftover pizza dough is given to feed homeless and struggling people).<br/>AND THEN it was bought by Famous Brands.<br/><br/>Today, I ordered and paid online using YUMBI. <br/>What did I select? A large Smokin' BBQ Triple-Decker® - Onion, tomato, chicken, bacon, Smokey BBQ Sauce, and parsley.<br/>What time? I received confirmation from Debonairs at 12:30 (via both email and mobile).<br/><br/>At 13:20 - 50 minutes later, I then gave the Debonairs Pizza Boulders a ring who assured me that it was on its way. <br/><br/>Sadly, the pizza arrived about ten minutes later making the total wait for one pizza, one (1) hour. <br/><br/>To be more specific on my exact location -  I placed the order from an address on: <br/>The Old Pretoria Road, Halfway House and <br/>This Debonairs is situated on the Old Pretoria Road, Halfway House.<br/><br/>Thats all I can really say about that I am afraid!<br/> <br/><br/>For more, find me on Instagram, Facebook & Twitter: LaurasWorldza

The debonairs pizza is one of the best pizza restaurants in South Africa that serves great pizzas with varieties to choose from and my favourite is the triple deca. ...mmhmm I lyk it so much, its affordable and the waiting doesn't even get to you because u know once you get it nothing else matters. Debonairs Pizza is almost a name that comes to your mind when you think of a pizza that you can get anywhere, if you are in South Africa. This particular restaurant is fair. The service sometimes may be a bit slow, due to the number of people that flock in to this place. It's pretty small, but of course average for Debonairs. The pizzas are great, as we all know, it's Debonairs, a household name in the world of pizza in South Africa. There is a wide selection of flavours, and are all worth trying. I chose the cheesy Tikka Chicken, as it consists of great ingredients that include my favourite mushrooms and the sweet bell pepper. With Debonairs, there are absolutely no regrets, there is always something amazing about it!
