My home away from home. Best place to go for a drink with your friends on a weekend after a long week or even during the week. Managers and staff are friendly and always greet with a smile. Food is great, and well priced. Sunday Funday is always a must.
My absolute favourite place to pop in for a drink or a bite to eat with friends. Food is delicious, not the usual mediocre pub fare, prices are reasonable, and the staff are super friendly and helpful. I also watch rugby here on my own fairly regularly and always feel completely safe as a woman on my own. Always a great atmosphere for the game.
First place that comes to my mind when I want to relax with chilled beer...they have a very good range of craft beers and my favourite is Hogshead Blend 24. Cannot comment much on the food as I am a vegetarian and only had chips and onion rings which were nice as well
first time iv ever been to this branch....the shots were very reasonable....nice cocktails....food was great ordered chicken strips crumbed mushroom that came with onion rings....very filling and very tasty....the cheese and bacon fries were good but didnt have much bacon, but very tasty....will for sure be back
Finally made a point to visit this spot. Great selection of beers and the platter for two was brillant, best onion rings! Try the "Snake at first bite"
Always good food and even better beer. Must visit restaurant on your bucket list, great vibe and service. Not the cheapest around but not breaking the bank either

Great menu offering - jalapeno slammers were amazing as well as the platter! Cocktail menu great and well priced. Love the big range of beers on tap.
The food was really good, steak and patties made to perfection and the Aces blonde beer was really enjoyable. My rating cannot be higher though due to the lack of service we got from the waiter. He refused to right the order down, relying on his memory and got it wrong (no surprise) and he was utterly slow. Even asking for a glass of water, the easiest request, took him forever to bring...

Hogshead Rock Cottage has great staff and the food is our standing. Great place to meet for a few cold beers and watch some sport or listen to the live music on a Sunday. Staff are friendly and managers great
Great place, great atmosphere, our waiter Pelson was friendly, took our orders and ensured that we were well taken care of. The food was amazing and the manger just kept popping in to check if we are okay. The music is not too loud. They even have an enclosed smoking area.
Great place for hanging out and taking some time to relax. Unique craft beers that we enjoyed tasting and exploring. The food was great and served with a great smile. There was live music and the atmosphere was amazing.
If you have a little extra in your pocket and want to spoil yourself with a good old pub experience, go to Hogshead. It's worth every penny. Waiters are attentive and helpful. Great place!
Great stuff... Just give the loaded fries a miss.... Dry, over grilled. Not what you want in loaded fries... Steak however wa excellent.

Great place, food and drinks. I was there on my 18th birthday and on a few girls nights. Definitely worth going and they are not that expensive.
Beer is always cold and fresh. Food always hits the spot. The beef brisket burger is to die for!
Hogshead has come a long way. Really enjoyed the evening. The waitress Mona Lisa gave us awesome service. Great options on food and drinks. I am rating it 1 star down, due to the shooter drinks have more sweet mixes than alcohol....makes it more of a 'girly' drink. Lol.
Brilliant cocktails and food. Sharing platter for two is delicious. Partner had "The Whole Hog Burger" and I had the Bunny Chow. Burger was tender and juicy. Bunny Chow meat was quite tough but very tasty. Excellent and efficient service received from Emmanuel.
Their food is absolutely fantastic for the price. Their waiters are super nice and helpful with the managers always willing to assist. The atmosphere is very much like a pub, with good music, a nice look and always a busy and chatty atmosphere overall.
