Fantastic large platter, more than enough for 4, delicious authentic Greek food, lovely service Georgia was very entertaining and great atmosphere. Brilliant evening!
This is such an awesome place. The food is delicious although 3 people out of our party of 7 felt that the servings were too small.
Two of us had a chicken and halloumi pita with chips which was really tasty. One person had the moussaka and said it was very nice, another had a platter for one who said it was delicious but too much food for one and the rest had different versions of calamari and all said it was very good.
Our waitress, unfortunately I did not get her name, was amazing. She has got the most awesome personality for this job.
All in all a wonderful afternoon/evening.

My wife and I visit at least once a month and have never been disappointed. Food has always been tasty and served quite quickly. Never had to wait long. Enjoy the outside area and when its cold, inside is cozy with the fire burning.
I really cannot understand why this place isn't rated higher than 3.5 I have been coming here for years and really never had an issue besides slow service on a busy night
It's the only authentic... the Kaleftico (god I hope i spelt it right) is gold really eat your fingers off good

Had a chat with the owner today while grabbing lunch, lekker guy just don't argue with him about Greek food hahaha.
Food was good as usual, grabbed a vegetarian pita as well for a change and turned out very nice which surprised me as I'm not a veg person.
Had a meze platter to share to, spinach didn't taste 100% but everything else was quite tasty..
Nice outside area to sit down and the overall vibe really feels like a small restaurant in Greece, service was good and will always be back when it's time for another yiro.
So went back today for a platter and wow i was definitely impressed, best meal I've had there to date.

Greek food at it's best. No frills, just tasty, simple food. The setting is rustic and during the summertime sitting in the courtyard is lovely. The numerous times we've been we have always been very satisfied and happy. Some of the higher end Greek restuarants should learn a thing or two from the Sizzler.
Great Haloumi starter. Enjoyed the liver starter but a bit too hot and too much sauce and why brown bread instead of pita? . The Meatballs were nice and soft and the half chicken ample in size and flavour. Again the Peri-peri basting was very hot and should have been offered on the side. Hot cappuccino and the wine by the glass choices great.
Fantastic local Greek joint. I love the yiro in pita. The size is perfect. Pair it with chips and extra tzatiki and you have a delicious winner. It's the perfect spot for an initimate dinner. Their tiramisu is divine. I love coming here with my boyfriend. Service is good as well but it really depends on the waiter.
I have not given the sizzler the highest rating and that is simply because after all the years I've given them a chance I am faced with both sides of the spectrum.
The ambiance is always good and the proximity to neighbouring tables is just right, so you feel apart and still private enough.
The service is 80% on the good side of the spectrum, however the food is the lottery, where you can have the most amazing presentation and taste and then it's awful.
The management also can be borderline rude and I must add, NEVER to me, but quite unprofessionally to neighbouring tables, which can really destroy a lunch or dinner out.
I will return and hopefully it will be one of my amazing experiences, but with so much competition you will have to up your game on consistently
A very nice place - inside, or outside under the bougainvilleas. Waitron ('hate that word!) Anthea was very friendly and accommodating. Granny and I shared a salad and each had a starter from their menu of Traditional Greek all-sorts - more than enough for a Saturday lunch, so not an expensive outing.
The family and I have enjoyed many a good authentic Greek experience at this restaurant and enjoyed it for it's good service and genuine Greek fair. A great atmosphere and I enjoy the Chatter with the "service personnel", they make the evening fun!
There Plates of Mixed Mezze, make a wonderful ice-breaker and you can enjoy everything from crispy fried Aubergine to Dolmades and Greek Meatballs. Then move on, if you have a big appetite to mains but don't miss a wonderful choice of desserts.

Best pitas I have ever eaten. Friendly service even though I only popped in to order takeaways, and then had to order another on the Mr D app. Soo yummy. Will definitely go back for a sit down meal soon.
Lovely atmosphere as we celebrated a 60th and a farewell and sat outside. Good service, friendly staff. The platters were awesome. So great to taste different authentic Greek food. The chips were devine...best ever and those little meatballs...could have eaten a plate full of them! No complaints, definitely worthwhile a visit, but know it will be more than once. A great Greek experience all in all !!🤗👏👏
