We truly love Paul's! The ice cream is exceptional. My favorite is the mango. The staff at the Rosebank mall are really sweet too. The only down side is that we often go and find that there's virtually no ice cream left!

Seriously, the best ice-cream I've had anywhere. Nothing I've found locally or internationally has come close. They have the biggest variety of flavours and you can't go wrong with any of them. We always stop by for an ice-cream when we're in Rosebank or anywhere in Parkhurst. Please bring back Bad Breakup, that was the best flavour ever!
Ice cream is amazing specifically the cereal milk flavour. Service and pay point has no structure and is chaotic needs improvement.
Although it’s winter the franchise keeps changing the flavors, so always keeping up with new trends and new Flavors to keep us going back for more no matter what the season is.
My first time having vegan ice cream!!!!! Their ice cream tastes like the real thing. I thought R32 for a small box is a bit too much but by the time I finished it, I felt the money was well worth it. And I like the fact that they aren't charging us vegans more. Keep it up! I have been twice and am going to try every flavour I can.
Also If you're stuck trying to figure out if you should try coconut or dark chocolate, go for coconut!
My absolute favorite place to get ice cream any time of the day, any season of the year. However this menu has outdated prices on it, as with a lot of other menus on Zomato.

I always try to get the health ice cream when I’m on my diet. Don’t know how healthy it really is compared to the normal ice cream, but it’s the thought that counts. The ‘peanut butter’ flavor is amazing.
Wish that the nutritional values could be on the packaging.

The only thing that’s sad to me is that their stock, in the freezers, sell out so quickly that I’ve been disappointed a few times because of no stock. But congratulations to them for being that popular!
Pauls Homemade Ice cream is the stuff of dreams. Every flavour is absolutely incredible. Roasted banana for the win! At this point I am getting an ice cream from them at least once a week. If it's not from their stores then it is from my local spar. I'm obsessed!
This place makes me weak in the knees. I look forward to their new flavors every month. The churros flavor has been my best so far. The ice cream is great quality. I work in the events industry and we had done an event for a beer company. Paul’s ice cream made us beer flavor ice creams which was the biggest hit.
I love Paul's in Rosebank because the parking is easy, the newly revamped shop is gorgeous but it has two flaws... It needs more seating but my biggest request is, please serve some coffee!!!

If you want to reward yourself for making your steps on a cold winters night 19/8 then try Pauls ice cream.The waffels with salted caramel and nuts was crazy delicious. Between the 5 of us we got a variety of flavours..including the vegetarian flavors..would have to give that another chance though.
The ladies who work there are friendly, quick and know their stuff. Definitely sit down at the tables and chairs..you enjoy your treat more
Great little shop. Was disappointed with the seating though there was not enough space. We ended up standing then decide to rather leave. Service was good and the ice-cream was great. As for accommodation it's a 0 for me 👎

This place was amazing. The ice cream is delicious and the customer service is great. It's also priced really reasonably. I was surprised because everything looks and tastes amazing for a nice price.
Fist time at Paul's, definitely not dissapointed. Waffels was great, ice-cream even better. Can recomend to anyone with a sweet tooth. Only one thing that i would like to add with a sit-down waffele is a cup of coffee.
Hmmmm, the ice cream here 😋 is out of this world. I've never tasted ice cream this good in my life. Whether you want it on a cone or in a cup, they've got you covered. There is not a lot of sitting space, which makes sense as it's only an ice cream shop but you can grab a seat of its not packed or you can simply buy and grab a seat outside in the mall and breathe some fresh air whilst enjoying the ice cream.
