Great decor, great food, quiet and quaint but would love to see some bands playing, just chose the wrong night to be here, but am coming back definitely for another fun night
Great to see that the small town has such a vibey and happening venue. Always packed and always fun. Staff treat you like you're family and keep dog treats for the furry friends

Those in the mood for a genuine and relaxed experience should definitely stop in at the Vern. A slightly gritty industrial exterior opens up to a warm, friendly and unassuming interior. Here you can enjoy a beer and pub meal with bohemians, artisans, free thinkers and all manner of alternative minded folk. There’s often live music on the weekends… a great place to unwind and meet up with friends!
Went there for a metal night, was amazing, the people were kind and nice, the service was on point. Food was nice, took a little long but they have one chef making everyones orders so taking that into consideration, we got our food pretty quickly. Definitely deserves the 5 stars
One of the few places around with rock/metal vibes, live music on a Saturday night and a great atmosphere.
Hunter is a seriously polite barman, who has a lovely manner when dealing with us the customers. It is never a hassle for him to assist us the clients. If only there were more people out there with his manner of dealing with people. He is an asset to your company.
