Visiting from the UK so it's always a gamble on where to dine. Besides the great location Dutchies appears to have a very strong loyal local custom so it follows that the place is good. Whilst it gives the appearance of just being a beach side bar and snack place you can actually tell the place is professionally run and the staff are great. Our food was very good and reasonably priced, plus you get that great view thrown in.
Super nice place, great food, great beach
We booked a table in the shade for lunch. It was lovely. The dogs were welcomed and given water bowls. All the food was very tasty. The restaurant was very busy so food took slightly longer than usual but with such a lovely atmosphere and view it’s not a problem.

This was our first stop on a Saturday wine tasting in Stanford. Only a 15 min drive followed by a stunning beach walk in front of Dutchies with our dog. Sat down for a delicious coffee and stroopwafel. The outside area is very dog friendly but it was early and cold so they allowed us to sit inside and gave him a treat, too.
This restaurant is next to Grotto Beach. The menu has a wide range of things to choose from from omelettes, to sushi. On the sushi, I am also impressed by how fresh and delicious it is although, for some reason, it takes significantly longer to prepare than other menu items. The service is very friendly.

Food and service was good, view was phenomenal, right on the beach
The food was good but some dishes were under seasoned. The service was good generally, but we were neglected at times. Desserts were excellent and the coffee was very good. I have to add, one of our mains was not what we ordered either.
