Lovely breakfast spot overlooking the beach front with it's quirky but quaint Victorian style decor.
A vast menu with so many options, it's hard to decide.
I eventually decided on the classic breakfast and it was great!
The sour dough rye with the home style orange marmalade was superb and my cappuccino was fabulous. Friendly staff all round. Prices are slightly more than average.
Will be sure to stop by again.
Stopped on the way home to Cape Town from Stanford. A lovely seaside spot. With different options as well as gluten-free. Boudoir has some nice natural products to buy and explore. Lovely breakfast!

Salmon eggs Benedict was fair not the best I have tasted I prefer the hollandaise sauce to be warm. The salmon however was super fresh and tasty. Being a coffee snob this coffee rated right up there.
My best breakfast spot in Hermanus. The best views, delicious food and great service. I ordered scrambled eggs with sourdough and a size of bacon (obviously). The scrambled eggs were so creamy, just how I like them! My mom got the full breakfast and was raving over it. Always my fav place!
A total gem in Hermanus, wonderful eggs Benedict, a delicious French toast breakfast too - great coffee, good service, superb view outside on the balcony. Lovely shop inside too! A fantastic breakfast place in Hermanus, will most definitely be back!!
I have traveled to most places in the world and I have eaten breakfast and many many restaurants but this was the most incredible breakfast I have EVER had. I guess it's the simple things in life!! I had the Bistro Breakfast and it was so tasty and well presented. The cheesecake and chocolate Banting cheesecake are also phenomenal !

What a wonderful nice quaint restaurant in Hermanus. I always look forward going there as you can eat delicious breakfast while starring out over the ocean!
This is my favorite place to visit while in Hermanus. Food is delicious, staff friendly and they make a great cappuccino. Has possibly the best view in the town as far as restaurants go too. Also has a beautiful little shop inside with stunning goodies. A must visit!!
Hermanus for the long weekend and working my way through l the hidden gems this town has to offer. Needless to say we came twice in one weekend! Thats how awesome this little place is!
The first time was for lunch and I had little expectations. The shop is very quaint and we had to wait 5 minutes for table. Service seemes friendly but fairly lackadaisical. However tried the pesto, tomato and mozerrela open sandwidch and it was really great. What was absolutlet phenomenal is their free range chicken toasted sandwidch which I managed to taste.
The next time we came here was for breakfast on the way out. Ordered my usual eggs benedict but put bacon on the back seat for a change and tried it with salmon rather. Was a really decent eggs bennie of similair standard to breakfast giants in CT such as starlings, four and twenty etc...
Very nice place overlooking the ocean. I had the gluten-free toasted sandwich with cheese, tomoto and basil pesto. Was tasty.
Delicious beyond compare. With a view of Whales playing about and the lovely sea air. Friendly and prompt service. Making the visit so Hermanus worth it.

I love just pure. I’ve been eating their amazing chicken salad since I was a little boy - would definitely recommend. Their breakfasts are also very good. I love the eggs benedict (I add bacon which makes it even more delicious). Just pure has a breathtaking view of the ocean. Their prices are also quite good. I would definitely recommend popping in at the gift shop to treat yourself or a buy a last minute gift.
Our second day having breakfast here and cannot find fault on both occasions. A very good breakfast menu. The omelette is the best ever and French toast also perfect. Expect a bit of waiting time but well worth it. Very clean and friendly service. Highly recommended.
Great bistro with excellent food.
How hard is to make a fry egg? They managed to make it "Perfect". The breakfast was superb, great mushrooms, fry tomatoes and sausage. The bacon was good, perhaps not as crunchy as I like, but excellent nevertheless.
Down size ? The coffee. The cappuccino was a coffee with milk, nothing close to a cappuccino l. The coffee was weak.
Prices are in the higher-end, but the service, quality of food and view (just infront of the whale coast) justify it.

I have often stopped there for light breakfast or just a good coffee or latte. It's always great quality, value, atmosphere and vibe. Beautiful location with a stunning view and good service. Always a winner.
Food was fresh and tasty. Service a little slow. Prices are high for a local, but the quality of the food and the view makes up for it. Gift shop is a nice bonus.
Quality food and generous portions is their claim… and they’re true to their promise! The sourdough rye is superb. Breakfast seems to be effortlessly served within 10 minutes of ordering, served on hot plates and by friendly staff. It’s a bonus to be overlooking the ocean!!
This place turned out to be the perfect breakfast place for us. Huge variety of food and freshly pressed juices. The staff were fantastic. Located on marine drive with fab views of the bay. Definitely worth a visit. The owner was a lovely lady with a wealth of information on where to visit in surrounding towns, the whales common to the area, how to get a taxi. She was brilliant!
Amazing eggs on toast. Good croissant au beurre (according to a French) The location is perfect if you want to see whales while having breakfast/lunch. Remember to take your binoculars ;)
