Goes without say that food is super fresh and staff is friendly....a place to space out and relax to the sounds of birds. Thx Cristina and staff of both Dunvegan & Linksfiled.
A hidden gem!. Beautiful outdoor setting, relaxing and calm - food is par excellence, not to mention the best cheesecake I have ever tasted. Apparently all the cakes and pastries are made on the premises.
Really lovely and relaxed setting. The food is fresh and well presented. Great coffee and the jams and honey are served in the cutest little glass jars. I also really love the rustic vibe with colourful miss matched plates. Empty Nutella jars are repurposed to serve icey water with lemon, I think that is so cute. Don't expect a fast meal, the food takes a while and the wait staff are extremely laid back, perhaps a little too much sometimes. I think the staff are their biggest downfall. But overall one of my favourite breakfast spots.
Lately I have not gone out for breakfast and I thought I would visit this quaint place again and give it a nice and well deserved review.
Easy located with limited parking outside but with good security.
For a change I wanted to try a very light breakfast without any egg and I thought I would try their mushroom and spinach vegetarian breakfast with toast which was almost like open sandwich. It was very tasty and a good portion.
My mom tried a chicken and mayo sarmi which she enjoyed. The service was good and the food was just right.
This place is also perfect for a business meeting as it is fairly quiet. There is also a lovely outside garden and table seating.
Will definitely pop in again with some other family or friends.
To sum up my first visit to La Tazzina: rustic interiors, wholesome food and personalised hands on service.
My Fillet Pasta served in a creamy Napolitana cooked with sundried tomatoes, calamata olives and topped with crumbed danish feta was delicious.
La Tazzina prides itself on using only the freshest ingredients and I could not have been more impressed with both the portion size and price of my delicious meal here.
I also found it a lovely touch that owner Cristina is at hand to serve or simply check on your experience at this local garden eatery.
*Recommendation: With probably one of the most comprehensive breakfast offerings in the East, La Tazzina is definitely the breakfast or brunch spot to beat!

What a nice little hidden gem.
Hosted my sister’s bridal shower. And not only is the owner super helpful, her staff is as well. We had platter which they custom made for us. From wraps and kebabs to savory tartlets and the most yummy sweet stuff.
I need those brownies every day!!
A lovely place in a garden setting. The available freezos are some interesting flavours such as ferero rocher. I had the gourmet burger which had a very thick patty, and chips done with a difference, taking a packet of salted chrisps and waming them so that they were chrispy on the outside and soft on the inside. Lovely carrot cake. Friendly service. Breakfast menue sounds very intriguing, will definitely be back there to try one.
Hidden in the street corners of Edenvale is a place called La Tazzina. Normally, this place does get pretty busy but this time, I was there during a quiet period. I ordered the salmon omelette and it although the food does provide the home made food feeling, one feels that you would expect more. But nevertheless, this place does feel like you are in someone else's house. L
Such a beautiful restaurant. Stopped here on a hot day for a quick bite to eat. They have a beautiful outside area with two big 'yesterday, today and tomorrow' bushes at the entrance. A really lovely setting.
I ordered a Brie and Parma ham salad- it came with a generous portion of Parma ham as well as cheese. And a lovely balsamic glaze. It was delicious!
The coffee is great too!
Will definitely be back!
Homely hide away with delicious milkshakes and belly busting happiness. For a most peaceful and well presented light eatery in the area there are few that can match this little place.
Met my mother in law for lunch today here. Cute little spot with a creative menu. Great variety of food to choose from, however my first and second choice weren't available. Ended up having all salmon salad, which wasn't great at all. Lots of Lettuce and a few measly strips of salmon and a blob of avo. Everyone else's food looked great. Well priced with good service. Pity about my meal. Will definitely give it a second try though. Hopefully they have more options of seafood available.
