Enjoyed my mini break/brunch at davenport branch. Floor manager was welcoming even kept me updated with the recent app that makes service efficient with bonus points that can accumulate to a free meal. Slih was exceptional and enjoyed being served by the team.

Our waiter Lucky was absolutely lovely. He ensured we were well taken care of and he delivered our food n drinks on time.
One thing we can ensure of going forward is that hot beverages are best served very hot. The coffee we had was not a normal preferred hot.
Otherwise everything else was perfect.

Great service from the managers to the waiters. Popped in with my friend for a quick ice cream, we were welcomed by smiling Bongani who assisted us with best ice cream in town, Zoe came true as a cherry on top with her warm welcome and confirmed our ice cream choice was the best. Sizwe served us and again another friendly and smiling gent. We're definitely coming back to get our dinner here, outstanding customer service. They definitely cheered up the mood for my friend who wasn't feeling so good hence we were getting ice cream. They're the beeeeeest, thank you so much team❤️.

The quality of the food at this branch was disappointing. I was also annoyed with the waitress (Mponeng) who told me to rate the service as she stood over me and promoted me what to do on my phone. Customers should decide if they want to rate the service in their own time. I definitely won't go back there.
