Afro's chicken, interesting experience... not sure what everyone is raving about, food is better than expected, but the service is poor. Not been busy today and they only got halve our order correct and some meals missing from a order of only six meals. Hopefully when the beach is really busy, they get it going perfectly. As said, the experience was interesting, it is different to get food from a container shop and enjoy it next to the beach. Pricing is very good for what you get. Try it...
My experience at Afro's was great. Very chilled place with great, affordable food. It's right by the ocean so the sea breeze is amazing on a hot day. Their service is great. I waited a max of 10 minutes for my food. I'll definitely be going back.
The food was delicious and healthy , the servings were generous, our plates combined costed less than R100, peaceful and hygienic environment

Love Afros! Food here is really good and it's right on the beach which is awesome! Gets quite busy of lunch time and on the weekends so sometimes it's a bit slow but is worth the wait. Reasonably priced. Short menu but their chicken is phenomenal! They do have limited seating but there are plenty of places to seat around the shop.
Went here two times, once I had the strips with 50/50 lemon and spicy which was awesome! Second time we went for a burger which is really nice because of the chicken. They were really quick providing us with their food and provided great service! Definitely an original recipe which you should try, also nice sitting places and I admire that they do not use straws anymore!
Some of the best chicken in Durban! Good food at an affordable price. Love the spicy option and the coffee is good too.
