Vacationed with family here for 3 nights and it was a beautiful experience with an amazing beach view. All hotel staff was friendly and helpful to any of our needs. There is so much to do with the hotel being situated a step away from the beach and local restaurants. Also visited LaVita Spa in the hotel and was spoilt with relaxing spa treatments by amiable ladies.
Great experience I had at the Palace. The staff is friendly and professional. Everyone has a smile especially the ladies at reception 😀 The food was great and fresh. Thanks to the gentleman who took pictures of me at the photo booth at the reception (Forgot his name but he is French speaking). I really love the Palace ❤️🙏🏽❤️

I had dinner with my husband for our anniversary at the Pesto restaurant and we had an amazing time, I am slowly thinking we are becoming regulars😂.
Stayed at the apartments,have everything u need microwave fridge etc ,the view is my 5* the beach is ideal to swim which 1min walk from your hotel door, beach has life guards with no backwash so it's safe to swim, halal food is a min walk and Uber delivers to the door, it's not your 5* hotel but for the views n listening to waves ia a I go to sleep is what I love value for money
Spent the weekend 8-11 september with my inlaws(mr sanford) at the palace in the penthouse room on the 22nd floor, the views are 360 degrees and the top bedroom 23rd floor is amazing! With the jacuzzi bath, the balcony is almost 360 degree views of the waterfront,harbour and durban cbd, the location is excellent, with the newly upgraded rachel finlayson main pool on the waterfront just across the road, is really great! As the palace pool is more a splash pool to cool off.The staff were all friendly and rooms where all perfect!
