Ask for Simba! Exceptional service - which is rare. He answered every question I had with honesty which ensured that I had an amazing meal to celebrate a special occasion. We never had to wait to be served and he accommodated our every request. Simba is the epitome of great service to enhance the customer experience. Well done Simba on not just doing your job but going above and beyond.
Never had a bad meal here. Food is always great with big portions, good service and guess what .......hand cut chips not steak house classic frozen rubbish 😆Which earns them a massive 5 star rating. Will be back for sure.

Excellent menu, it was our first visit and the staff were great in helping us decide. Beautiful beer on tap and super fast service. Our meal was excellent- could well become our new local favourite.
Crawdaddy's never disappoints. Visited this branch for the first time and no difference. The food was amazing, portions huge. We had the snails Crawdaddy style, which were cooked to perfection, the craw chow which was a starter that 3 or 4 people could share - the skins were crisp and wonderful, the bacon perfectly balanced between crisp and soft, the cheese melted and plentiful and the salsa and guac delicious- and one of the guests had a sloppy joe burger which was apparently delicious. The service was a bit on the slow side but having a friendly waiter made it okay. Lovely afternoon out.
We had a lovely girls night out. The food was amazing. I had a perfectly cooked steak. The waiter was friendly. I am coming back for that waffle!!
Had a staff lunch for 20+ people. Good food and service was experienced by all. Meals were on time with no delays and the drinks were tasty and refreshing. Will be going back there
We absolutely love to go to Crawdaddy’s when we have special occasions. Their prices are high, but they have large portions & the food is always amazing. The service is not bad and the location is perfect.

The food portions are generous and the food quality is of high standards.

I have always been a HUGE Crawdaddys fan! Goodness gracious! Their food is amaaaaaaaazing!! Portions are huge, flavours are insane, service is incredible!
This was the first time I tried their Snails Potjie - and I HIGHLY recommend it!! Its so rich and creamy that one just isn't enough! (That's a lie - one is more than enough because their portions are massive!)
Their menu is amazing - and I can assure you it's going to take you about 30 - 45 minutes just to decide on what you want to eat!
Went there with a party of 18 on Wednesday, which could be quite tough for one waiter to manage.
Lovemor, our waiter, handled it with ease and gave exceptional service!
Food was great... Everyone had different orders, but were served mains together, which is a rarity with auch a large group.
Lovemor even advised us on specials in order to save on liquor costs, which is awesome, as most waiters would've attempted to run up the bill.
A great night with delicious food!
The food was absolutely delicious! We ordered the Nachos Grande and the vegetarian halloumi-and-mushroom stir fry. I am a meat eater and despite neither dishes having meat, it was tasty and filling. Both were also well presented and more than enough for two people, so there was enough to take home and enjoy the following day.
The food is excellent. But they have this stupid rule where you get penalised if you want separate bills if you have a big table. So don't take your big party there if you want to avoid a calculator after party

We had the most wonderful time here! The food was absolutely delicious and service was very quick. The staff team were polite and extremely helpful. Crawdaddy's would especially be the perfect place to celebrate a birthday, as we did, or any special occasion. Would definitely eat here again!
The place has a rustic, old school style about it. Service was great from all staff.
Generous portions of food - it was served hot hot and was very filling, we barely finished our servings.
Magic mushroom steak served with rice and spinach - everything was perfect. Especially the spinach and steak.
Chicken strips and ribs served with chips - the chips could’ve sat on the heat a little longer because they were a little bit undercooked. The chicken strips were great but a little too salty for my liking. The ribs were tasty and the basting sauce was great.
For drinks we had a lemon meringue shake and a double chocolate shake. Both were creamy, delicious and not sickeningly sweet.

Had a lovely evening and dinner. Food was exceptional, really tasty. Great service, had a very helpful waiter while the restaurant were busy. Manager also walked around frequently checking up on everyone, making sure things ran smoothly. Would recommend!
