The food was absolutely delicious! We ordered the Nachos Grande and the vegetarian halloumi-and-mushroom stir fry. I am a meat eater and despite neither dishes having meat, it was tasty and filling. Both were also well presented and more than enough for two people, so there was enough to take home and enjoy the following day.

The place has a rustic, old school style about it. Service was great from all staff. Generous portions of food - it was served hot hot and was very filling, we barely finished our servings. Magic mushroom steak served with rice and spinach - everything was perfect. Especially the spinach and steak. Chicken strips and ribs served with chips - the chips could’ve sat on the heat a little longer because they were a little bit undercooked. The chicken strips were great but a little too salty for my liking. The ribs were tasty and the basting sauce was great. For drinks we had a lemon meringue shake and a double chocolate shake. Both were creamy, delicious and not sickeningly sweet.

A must go restaurant if you have not been there before!! Most times you get greeted by the owner/manager herself at the door or very friendly waiters. The food is so good that you can actually close your eyes and pick any item on the menu blindly and not be dissapointed. Our waiter was also on the ball the whole evening so, all i all, an excellent experience AGAIN!

Awesome food. Such a HUGE AND VAST SELECTION! Seafood to tapas to Italian pastas and Indian curries they have everything. And you'd think they'd be terrible masters of none but that is not true... The food was incredible! I tried the Prawn Risoles, Jalapeño poppers, Sticky Spicy pork ribs and my brother had the Tomahawk steak. All gorgeous! Service was friendly and fast. Food really came quickly too. Only negative experienced was being rushed to finish my food and pay the bill as closing time ensued. However.. It is Covid restricted times so I can forgive that. Give them a try! You will love it and their menu answers to every craving possible!

Took my family for my sons birthday dinner. Food took almost an hour to arrive, with one meal never arriving. My meal arrived as everyone else had finished, and was chicken that was completely undercooked. I returned it and asked to see the manager. My meal just never came back. Neither did the manager. His response was that he won’t charge me for the one meal we didn’t actually receive. Pity that a restaurant that has a great menu is so poorly run. Rather try another branch!

Luckily no serious damage. Manager did offer to remove it but damage already done. Management need to pay more attention to these details

During this epedemic not a great idea to vist. Tonight was a mess. The chef heated the flames too much trying to fry some chillies and all the people in the restaurant started to cough. Either the chef is inexperienced or the ventilation was not working properly. Most of the staff also not wearing mask as required. 🤔🤔 Maybe wait for another two years to visit. Attitude of the manager and his buddies visiting, totally unacceptable. They do not accept the fact that something is wrong with either the ventilator, the chef or their cooking equipment. If they realised something is wrong, why not fix it asap but hey we will wait till all the patrons in the restaurant is coughing.

Crawdaddy's never disappoints. Visited this branch for the first time and no difference. The food was amazing, portions huge. We had the snails Crawdaddy style, which were cooked to perfection, the craw chow which was a starter that 3 or 4 people could share - the skins were crisp and wonderful, the bacon perfectly balanced between crisp and soft, the cheese melted and plentiful and the salsa and guac delicious- and one of the guests had a sloppy joe burger which was apparently delicious. The service was a bit on the slow side but having a friendly waiter made it okay. Lovely afternoon out.

Let’s start with the drinks. The milkshakes were watered down or maid with crushed ice. Both my wife and I had ice shards in our shakes. Our child’s Mac & Cheese was like play-dough. And the colder it got, the tougher it became. After we received our food, we struggled for about 15 min to draw the attention of any staff member, so we could ask for cutlery. My wife eventually went to the kitchen and asked there. By this time our food was cold, so I told them to take it back. We asked the waiter for cleaning wipes cause my wife had a seafood platter. They never brought any. So, for R325 you can get iced down milkshakes, 6 prawns and Microwave Mac and no cutlery. Only item I did not pay for was the untouched cold steak. They probably nuked it for someone else. On a side note, the table next to use asked what was on special and the waiter told them everything on the menu with “SQ”… What a rip-off!

Went for a quick bite and forgot to take some pics! Service was good - warm welcome. Placed my order for the mussel potjie while we were busy working. When the potjie arrived, I could smell the garlic aroma. It was delicious. Unfortunately, I couldn’t stay for mains. Will do next time!

I have always been a HUGE Crawdaddys fan! Goodness gracious! Their food is amaaaaaaaazing!! Portions are huge, flavours are insane, service is incredible! This was the first time I tried their Snails Potjie - and I HIGHLY recommend it!! Its so rich and creamy that one just isn't enough! (That's a lie - one is more than enough because their portions are massive!) Their menu is amazing - and I can assure you it's going to take you about 30 - 45 minutes just to decide on what you want to eat!

Went there with a party of 18 on Wednesday, which could be quite tough for one waiter to manage. Lovemor, our waiter, handled it with ease and gave exceptional service! Food was great... Everyone had different orders, but were served mains together, which is a rarity with auch a large group. Lovemor even advised us on specials in order to save on liquor costs, which is awesome, as most waiters would've attempted to run up the bill. A great night with delicious food!

Finally my mind was set on the 500g rack of ribs served with fries and creamed spinach and I must say they were delightful. Was expecting an enjoyable evening, however our starters were a disaster. The spicy buffalo chicken fingers were served raw and we all know that raw chicken contains salmonella, which can make one very ill. The manager apologized and asked to waive the whole bill however I still paid for the wine we drank as we we're are not after freebees. So disappointed as we had to leave cause can't take the chance to be poisoned. Imagine I took a client there.... so not recommending this establishment

Crawdaddys Centurion is officially our new favorite restaurant. Chilled atmosphere, good service and the variety and quality of food is excellent (a rarity these days) . Being Seafood lovers, my wife and I struggle to find good value for money from 'popular restaurants' (who shall remain nameless). Crawdaddys has the best mini platter we've seen in a LOOONG time which offers a decent portion of food for a very reasonable price. The food is tasty and cooked to perfection. Shared a starter and later wanted to share a main course, but the waiter told me the manager doesn't allow for plates to be shared. Wow! Great dinner on a busy friday night! Love that they do seafood and steak equally good! Their Transylvania steak is to die for, and the mussel pot is equally divine. Huge menu, and everything we tried so far was amazing. Waiters are attentive and service is good. Never had to wait overly long for drinks or food. Make sure to make a booking as they get extremely busy over weekends. Great vibe for a relaxed evening out with friends or family.

The Crawdaddys in Centurion is different to the Brooklyn branch in terms of ambience. I definitely prefer the Brooklyn branch to meetup with friends and have a good meal and drinks. Crawdaddy's makes one of the most delish prawns with garlic butter, best served with some rice. I have tried the prawn curry served in a potjie pot, that was good, next time I will ask for it to be de-Shelled. I must be honest I would go back anytime! The staff are a great bunch too!

Crawdaddys is always our 'go to' place if we feel like a 'diners, drive-ins and dives' kinda meal! There is no way you will ever leave hungry. If you do, it is your own fault. And don't ever go if you're on a diet. The large menu may be intimidating to some, but the upside is they do cater for everyone. And they have more vegetarian options now as well ;) The burgers and steaks are great (mmmm.... caramelized balsamic onion and camembert), and the chicken curry (with ALL the bells and whistles!) is a winter favourite. And you MUST try the turkish deligh don pedro (they've got a new salted caramel milkshake that I still need to get my hands on!). The service is good and it is good value for money. The portions may be a little too large, but no one ever complains about that do they! That's what doggy bags are for ;)

I just love crawdaddys, and this one is no exception. The atmosphere is cosy and vibey. You can tell everyone is having a good time. The food is outstanding, as can be expected from Crawdaddys, the portions are generous and definitely more sufficient. The menu is huge, but pricing is competitive. The service was twofold in that the waiter didnt have much knowledge of the pricing and dishes, but was definitely friendly and quick. A great restaurant where i would return to regularly and probably for the rest of my life.

I love Crawdaddy's! You get good quality food and a lot of it for the price you are paying. The Cannelloni Calamari is a must try. Stuffed with spinach and topped with haloumi cheese and sauce is absolutely to die for. Their fish is always soft and tasty. The Pemba Hake is supposed to be spicy but this tasted more sweet than spicy but not bad. Some waiters are extremely friendly and helpful while others seem confused and slow. Food also takes a while to reach the table but I love that they mention in their menu that good food takes time and the food really is good so use this time to interact with your loved ones. Great vibe, good management and clean restaurant!

What could have been a good experience was wasted as the staff informed the wife and I that even though there were 4 tables in the whole restaurant, we could not share a combo meal as a light lunch. Turning our dining experience sour immediately. Food was general fair with my steak strip starter consisting of small cuts of steak boiled in a generic tomato sauce base thing. Will I go back? I doubt it.

It was a slow start to the service, but it picked up atleast, I had the seafood chowder and my friend had Mike Killan's Prawn Curry. We shared a bottle of wine and it was delicious. The restaurant is quite inconsistent. On some occasions the bruschetta portions are large and on other occasions they are no more than a mouthful. In one sitting the oysters are both fresh and off. The seafood chowder is generally good with full bodied flavour and depth. However, on the last occasion it lacked flavour, depth and fish. We were really disappointed as we drove 60km to go back (after moving) as on previous visits the food was impressive. Unfortunately the last visit left a bad taste in our mouths.

About 2 yrs ago i celebrated my birthday here and i always wanted to go back. Yesterday i got that chance and was sorely disappointed. We only got as far as starters and left. Restaurant was quiet and our waiter was very nice and helpful unfortunately for him the food wasnt too grand and he felt bad. I decided not to go for snails but rather try the potato skins with bacon and cheese with a jalapeno. It wasnt hot when i got it and the cheese was already rubbery and chewy. The guacamole didnt have much taste and neither did the salsa that came with it. I had to add salt but that didnt even help. The others had chicken livers which were also lacking flavour and salt as well as the springbok snails. The manager did offer to swop my food for something else but I declined, as i was naar from the cheese i couldn't eat anything else. He then offered me a discount on my meal, which was kind of them.

When I still lived in Centurion, this was one of my favourite restaurants to go to! I always have their Mushroom and Haloumi Chowder, it really is amazing! (My non-vegetarian friends agree that it is the best one). The service is a bit slow but the staff are generally friendly. The restaurant's vibe is super chilled and I love that about them.
