We only ever get the ribs from here with some spinach and butternut on the side but everytime it is amazing. Would definitely say go try the ribs.

Staff is very friendly and attentive. Great food with great presentation. Amazing children play area, decor is a nicely balanced mix of modern with a ranch feel. Very clean.

We are always super excited when we order sushi from Blackbull, because we know it's going to be mind-blowingly good! Thank you to the sushi chef for always making the most fresh and amazing sushi. Definitely the best sushi in Cape Town! 🙋

Went for breakfast. Not a huge breakfast selection. Very well priced and the food was delicious. They have a lovely play area for the children. Great familt restaurant

My boyfriend and I went to Blackbull, for the first time, to try out there sushi and it was Hands. Down. The. Best. Sushi. EVER! The fish is so fresh, all the elements used were on point. Definitely our new favourite sushi spot!

Decor was great, steaks were well priced. The nachos however were terrible. They were very bland, had no chillis or salsa on them, and the cheese had no taste. Sushi also very tasteless. The kiddies menu was however great. Give it a try if you are looking for a different steak place to go to.

Love it here! Right up the road from our house - so it's a great place to have a few drinks - we love popping round for a cocktail and their delicious ribs! We have also had a number of other items on the menu, and loved it every time! Great local gem.

From the phone call to do the booking, right till we left at the end of the evening, everything went smoothly. Agness Detrie was a great waitress and made us feel right at home. Our party of 4 all agreed that the food was great. My sister and her husband rated the food better than a lot of A list restaurants they have eaten at. I have only one complaint (more of a nit pick) my medium rump was slightly overdone. The Jailbreak desert was one of the beat I have had.
Will recommend to family and friends any time. See you next time we are in Cape Town.

Best family restaurant in Blouberg, hands down. Kids love it and in summer they burn off all the energy while we can enjoy a good meal. I make this a regular visit. The menu is well priced.

Atmosphere is fabulous, service could be a little faster. Food was alright, nothing that couldn't be made at home with ease. Will definitely go back for the atmosphere and a drink!

We visited Black Bull Steakhouse to try out the kiddies play area because we are always looking for nearby places to entertain the kids. When we arrived it was loadshedding (no power in the area) however they were still able to serve certain foods such as toasted sandwiches, burgers, livers etc. The kids really loved the play area and were amazed by the giant koi fish in the pond. There is a lot of space for the kids to run around and it feels safe enough. The outdoor area is enclosed to the kids can’t go wondering off. The service was good and the staff quite friendly, the parking area is a little tight but not too bad. The food was good and they had really good options for little kids (the mash and gravy was amazing)

Great place to meet up after work or over weekends. Child friendly which makes it perfect for family outings. Outside area is well planned around a children's play area complete with khoi fish pond and water fountain. Service is great. Very helpful and friendly staff.

My son is not one for going out to restaurants, but loved the food so much he's begging to go back for the hake and calamari combo. The mean is enough for two as a light meal. The choc mousse was delicious 😋 He's asked to go again tomorrow night.

Best Eisbein I've had, EVER. Crispy, succulent and tasty and served with perfect condiments. Also very generous portion. Just a pity smokers are allowed to sit right outside the windows and next to the door.

Great food and service. It has a nice warm environment and a varied menu. TVs and a bar to watch the sport. Cocktails, shooters and craft beer on tap. There's even a play area outside for the kids.

Ambience was the best I've experienced, with soft music playing in the background. Loved that we didn't have to leave the Northern Suburbs to have great food and service... In fact Excellent food and service. Garth, our waiter, was friendly and made the evening more enjoyable. Quite a diverse menu with food tasting wonderful and portions sizes and presentation beautiful. Best sushi I've had in forever!! There is also a private room available for a small group (20-25) dinner function. A small wooden playpark for kids (suitable for -8yrs) offers some distraction.

Great food (best ribs!), craft beer on tap, nice venue with indoor and outdoor eating. Large play area for the kids with enough seating outside if you want to keep an eye on them. Sufficient parking. All in all a great experience.
