....since they opened there doors we have been patronizing them! Always found them to be clean and there service is always good! We have also witnessed there many transformations and renovations for the improvement of the establishment and there service to the public! Chicken is always fresh and tastii!......................Oct 2018...and yet again they are renovating the shop area only the Drive-Thru is open for business! And still only fresh-lii made chicken meals!.....Aug 2019....trying the New Hot & Crisp-ii Lunch Box Mmmmmm’ish good as ever!..,June 2920...Post Covid-19 Lockdown drive-thru Snack time and it cheap and delicious Bucket-4-One....Mmmmm

Food always well made. No oily chicken or dry fries here. Staff can be a bit unfriendly and seen to not be too interested in customers sometimes. The drive through service is also very very slow, so I always do inside as it is not faster in the drive through. I must emphasise the consistency of the food is tops.

KFC App Lies, 1) app said order delivered, 30 minutes later I had to drive to the KFC to collect my food itself as it was just sitting in the warmer and order number was not even on the display anymore

Their food is generally good, but they tend to get orders wrong quite a few times, but mainly it's the kitchen staff as the order is placed correctly. Their consistency on most items is usually good, but Zinger wings tend to be very inconsistent in the punch it packs, but I do like my Zinger wings spicy

When you're trying to place your order and the lady helping you starts having a conversation with her colleague. They chat in their own language but could make out that she told the colleague shes busy with a customer... The colleague didn't give a damn and everytime i tried talking she would start again talking to the person trying to take my order. I then decide to very politely address what's going on and after an even bigger conversation breaks out with laughing amoungst all of the staff behind the till in their own language. Not once was i disrespectful yet get treated this way.... And to top this all off, this is the chips i get with my meal. THANKS for giving me a reason to stop coming to your KFC.

Worst KFC by far!!!I ordered a zinger burger and was offered a snack burger bun because they were out of buns on a weekend. The service is poor and every time I go there I need to turn around because they have forgotten to add all the items in the bag that I ordered

The freshest KFC I had in a while. <br/>My partner wanted this and I can’t resist their wings and mash & gravy. <br/>The wings was perfectly fried. <br/>Service was good but I don’t see why you have to ask for chili salt and serviettes it should already be in the bag. <br/>I’m trying to say no to straws and save the earth so I prefer the cups over cans and bottles.

Terrible experience. Staff more interested in their own conversations than taking your order. Not a welcoming experience. Food disappointing to say the least - chips cold, asked for no tomato on the burger - got a tomato-seed riddled burger (so obviously I just got an old burger that someone just removed the tomato) and the lettuce & mayo had all fallen off the bun. Disgusting to look at. Previous time they just ignored my request completely and gave me the tomato - only found out when I got home. Will not return. Ever.
