Amazing and delicious food. Lots of food to choose from.
The only problem is the service. The waiters and waitresses are very friendly but the food service is not. I had to wait for about 40 minutes to an Alfredo pasta. So if that is resolved, this place will be perfect for any time.

Vangate Mall Panarottis is the only Panarottis I have ever eaten from so strange but well worth the wait :)Really excellent staff - we have our regular waiters namely Blessings and Andy who always provide efficient service with a smile.The kids love them !!We keep going back for the Saucy chicken supreme which was a delicious suggestion by Andy!!! And the child minder is also always helpful and handles the kids so well.Current management very friendly and customer orientated :) keep it up guys:) :)

Last night, being first timers at Panarottis, I was excited to try the pasta. I must say I will never set foot there again. Everything seemed like it was too much effort for the waiter we had at our table. Our order came to double the amount because of bad custoemr service and being rushed or ignored. I ordered a pasta and my husband a pizza, I then realised that I actually ordered the wrong pasta and called waiter to change, she gave me a look and told me she cant change it as all orders must be done via a computer. I left it as is. I ended up placing another order because I could not eat or change it and this costed me double the amount because the waiter does not have the passion to allow her staff time to decide or even recommend anything. We called her so many times and she blatantly ignored us. We ended up calling another waiter who actually assisted with our questions regarding the Tuesday specials.

my first visit to this branch and guess what it is the worst Panarottis ever the service was horible the welcome was worst, waited 40mins for our food when it came it was cold and they forgot about my kids meal i will never recommend you to friends and family I will share this message with all my friends you should close the vangate mall branch this was extremely unpleasant and a big dissapointment Pannarotis was our favourite restaurant but we were Cleary mistaken will never eat there again

Very disappointing service tonight. We ordered the saucy chicken and mushroom pizza, but there was no sauce on the pizza. When we enquired they put some sauce over the top. The wait was long and pizza cold. We also enquired about the 3 course special and was told it's not on yet. They couldn't confirm the start date of the special.

Super kak. I just ordered a large Beef & Chicken with Avo take away. I get home and see it's a mince and vienna thing. I don't stay close to Vangate so I'm not driving back to return it, because obviously my fuel won't be reimbursed. The service was okay, but the pizza was shit.

Thursday special eat as much as u can what a joke i eat only my pizza ask for my bill pay for a large pizza . I even had to ask for a seat to sit sorry u will never see me again

Service sucked, when our pizza arrived it was cold. The waiting time to be helped was 30min and the store wasnt even busy. Wont be returning.

Absolutely love that the panarottis in vangate is halaal , its such a great place and im the biggest fan of the breakfast specials i used to find it strange but wow its one of my favs for breakfast 👍🏻❤

So we called in to order take away in the fast so we could just go pick up and eat at home. The guy who answered the phone an the service we got when we got there was good. However after we got home an saw the pizzas it was quite disappointing. It's like the pizza was playing hide and seek with the cheese. We had to add cheese ourselves and put in the oven.

Been here once since it only opened recently. Service is okay so is the food. The outlet's food in Promenade is better though. We were in a hurry so we had to change our order into a takeaway (thanks to the waiter for making it snappy) and we actually snuck a monster pizza, into the cinema. 😄 👏
