I can’t believe I have never reviewed Nourshd as it is my absolute favorite little haven in the city. With the most beautiful Goddesses that run this incredible little Bali Eco casual but cool Café the juices are innovative and the food highly nutritious. Whenever In doubt of where to go Nourishd is my go to and I never have to worry about parking either+++.

After taking about 10minutes to decide what to order (everything on the menu sounds amazing), I decided to try the Sexi Mexi bowl. High quality ingredients and full of flavour! I will definitely visit Nourish’d again!
Awesome smoothies love their glass jars ad straws! Reminds me of my trip to Bali. I had the coffee coco it was just what I needed. Food looks amazing and will give that a try soon. Friendly staff and great atmosphere.

This is the glittersome bowl, it was so fresh and absolutely mouth watering! The ginger lemon olive oil drizzle was to die for! Cashew nut cream cheese!
The breakfast crowd were giving the kitchen team a good challenge with the orders when I arrived and the efficiency showed. Spectacular use of such a small space!
Obviously, the highlight was the food/juice. Incredibly filling and definitely nourishing, the high energy oats were well prepared and came with one of my favorite things in CT cuisine lately, an edible flower.
The Happy Hippy juice was a dose of garden love and the rich, Earthy flavours (the toasted oats) mixed with the creamy, buttery textures of the oats, along with the crisp fruit went well with the rustic settings of the little shop.
It was a homely breakfast, littered with bouts of healthy sophistication.
Really love this little spot - small but so divine loved the smoothie bowls! Service was quick and presentation was divine . Definitely a place to go if you enjoy healthy good quality food🎉🎉
Best smoothies in Cape Town! The cafe has free dedicated parking on the side of the building. The flavour combinations are fantastic and is served in huge glass jars.

This place is a gem! You are greeted with a friendly smile, incredible service and a feeling of hospitality! The smoothies are out of this world and everything is made to order! A great environment to meet friends or work on your laptop- this place is a must on your 'go-to' list!
What a wonderful little gem in Cape Town. The minute you walk in you feel a sense of calm and can certainly feel the passion the owner has for this wonderful place. It is always full, not surprisingly. The juices are so tasty, the açaí bowl is the best I have ever had since I lived in Brasil and the gluten free granola is insanely morish! It’s so nice to have amazing, healthy food like this! As if it couldn’t get any better, it is a completely plastic free establishment. Be sure to visit.

Crowd is a mix of models, tourists and younger locals if you’re into that crowd. Food is consistently freshly made and the smoothies are very good.
Great stop for brunch or lunch, or when coming back from table top mountain.
The prices are a bit steep for the dishes offered, but it seems a lot of thought and effort has gone in to make the offering healthy and nutritious.
The coffee was one of the best ones I've had in Cape Town, the atmosphere is lovely with lounge music and sun, although there is not much seating space.

Absolutely nice atmosphere, awesome staff and a bobobobobobobobobobalicious flavour. The best Bowl in town and probably the southern hemisphere.
The service was super friendly and our smoothie bowls were extraordinary! We really loved the concept and the fresh fruits & the homemade granola! I wished, I had a Café like Nourish‘d in my hometown!

My favourite breakfast place in Cape Town! Really cute cafe with delicious smoothie bowls. They also have other food so perfect for lunch as well. Service is really good. Everyone is friendly with smile on their face. Especially Lola and Theresa (sorry if I spelled names wrong).

Still one of my fav spots to drop into when in Cape Town. Nourish’d is a busy little place tucked away off the top of Kloof Street. With an endless list of smoothies and juices to choose from, an omelette (tofu/chickpeas) and coffee was a nice warm welcome on a chilly day.
Nice interior. Some options for outdoor seating available. While food and juice was good (but nothing out of this world) service seems to be a bit chaotic as mentioned by other guests.
The food here is so Good, it is fresh and well-made. The naughty nutter is the best snoothie bowl. I could eat here every morning! They are super busy from like 8ish, so then service can be a little slow, but otherwise it’s good. Highly recommended for breakfast or lunch!
I was looking for a vegetarian-vegan friendly coffee shop around the city center and spot on! A beautiful spot to enjoy your breakfast in a cool location. I had the chickpea- tofu omelette which was delicious! Decent portions and all flavors were there. Price- wise affordable and staff very friendly and attentive. The Feel your Heart Beat juice was super rejuvenating, so it actually worked! I will definitely be back.
