The spot for healthy (vegan) food and smoothie spot in gardens with free parking next door. Generous salad portions and friendly team behind the counter. Protein shakes available. Crowd is a mix of models, tourists and younger locals if you’re into that crowd. Food is consistently freshly made and the smoothies are very good.

Great stop for brunch or lunch, or when coming back from table top mountain. The prices are a bit steep for the dishes offered, but it seems a lot of thought and effort has gone in to make the offering healthy and nutritious. The coffee was one of the best ones I've had in Cape Town, the atmosphere is lovely with lounge music and sun, although there is not much seating space.

Nourished is the state of the art food&leisure Spot in Cape Town. Absolutely nice atmosphere, awesome staff and a bobobobobobobobobobalicious flavour. The best Bowl in town and probably the southern hemisphere.

The service was super friendly and our smoothie bowls were extraordinary! We really loved the concept and the fresh fruits & the homemade granola! I wished, I had a Café like Nourish‘d in my hometown!

My favourite breakfast place in Cape Town! Really cute cafe with delicious smoothie bowls. They also have other food so perfect for lunch as well. Service is really good. Everyone is friendly with smile on their face. Especially Lola and Theresa (sorry if I spelled names wrong). Definitely recommend going there, you won't regret it.

Still one of my fav spots to drop into when in Cape Town. Nourish’d is a busy little place tucked away off the top of Kloof Street. With an endless list of smoothies and juices to choose from, an omelette (tofu/chickpeas) and coffee was a nice warm welcome on a chilly day.

Nice interior. Some options for outdoor seating available. While food and juice was good (but nothing out of this world) service seems to be a bit chaotic as mentioned by other guests.

The food here is so Good, it is fresh and well-made. The naughty nutter is the best snoothie bowl. I could eat here every morning! They are super busy from like 8ish, so then service can be a little slow, but otherwise it’s good. Highly recommended for breakfast or lunch!

I was looking for a vegetarian-vegan friendly coffee shop around the city center and spot on! A beautiful spot to enjoy your breakfast in a cool location. I had the chickpea- tofu omelette which was delicious! Decent portions and all flavors were there. Price- wise affordable and staff very friendly and attentive. The Feel your Heart Beat juice was super rejuvenating, so it actually worked! I will definitely be back.

I can’t believe I have never reviewed Nourshd as it is my absolute favorite little haven in the city. With the most beautiful Goddesses that run this incredible little Bali Eco casual but cool Café the juices are innovative and the food highly nutritious. Whenever In doubt of where to go Nourishd is my go to and I never have to worry about parking either+++. Thank you for making your piece of Earth bountiful! �����

I chose this beautiful cafe having passed it numerous times and oh what a find. The food and drinks are ultra delicious and wholly healthy too! Highly recommend anyone to this amazing spot. You will not be disappointed.

Your food is great, your prices not so... but I understand that you have expensive ingredients. But what I don’t understand is that you INSIST that people pay immediately upon order, even if we are sitting down. I asked if I can pay after , cause we would like to have a coffee or dessert. I was told that I need to decide this now and pay ... or pay now and then again for the coffees?? That’s just stupid - sorry! We paid and had our coffee next door ...

After taking about 10minutes to decide what to order (everything on the menu sounds amazing), I decided to try the Sexi Mexi bowl. High quality ingredients and full of flavour! I will definitely visit Nourish’d again!

I was so excited to visit this place but was disappointed. This place is very on trend and very 20-something. Very small and very crowded but that adds to the atmosphere. Problem is service ends up being slow. Not a place to spend a long while at. Its very much a healthy place to eat and will suit all the new diet rage today. Not sure I'll be back here!

Awesome smoothies love their glass jars ad straws! Reminds me of my trip to Bali. I had the coffee coco it was just what I needed. Food looks amazing and will give that a try soon. Friendly staff and great atmosphere.

The ginger lemon olive oil drizzle was to die for! Cashew nut cream cheese!

The breakfast crowd were giving the kitchen team a good challenge with the orders when I arrived and the efficiency showed. Spectacular use of such a small space!<br/><br/>Obviously, the highlight was the food/juice. Incredibly filling and definitely nourishing, the high energy oats were well prepared and came with one of my favorite things in CT cuisine lately, an edible flower. <br/><br/>The Happy Hippy juice was a dose of garden love and the rich, Earthy flavours (the toasted oats) mixed with the creamy, buttery textures of the oats, along with the crisp fruit went well with the rustic settings of the little shop.<br/><br/>It was a homely breakfast, littered with bouts of healthy sophistication.

Best smoothies in Cape Town! The cafe has free dedicated parking on the side of the building. The flavour combinations are fantastic and is served in huge glass jars.

This place is a gem! You are greeted with a friendly smile, incredible service and a feeling of hospitality! The smoothies are out of this world and everything is made to order! A great environment to meet friends or work on your laptop- this place is a must on your 'go-to' list!

What a wonderful little gem in Cape Town. The minute you walk in you feel a sense of calm and can certainly feel the passion the owner has for this wonderful place. It is always full, not surprisingly. The juices are so tasty, the açaí bowl is the best I have ever had since I lived in Brasil and the gluten free granola is insanely morish! It’s so nice to have amazing, healthy food like this! As if it couldn’t get any better, it is a completely plastic free establishment. Be sure to visit.

Absolutely perfect. From thoughtful and conscious presentation to wholesome ingredients such as their homemade almond mylk, Nourish’d has completely hit the nail on the head when it comes to providing what the modern day Cape Townian is looking for in their easy to grab food choice. They even have free and ample parking!

FINALLY checked this gem out this morning after yoga and I’m in love. What a perfect health oasis with a wonderfully friendly and smiley staff. I had the boobaliscious smoothie bowl! And it was just what I needed after yoga and to give me a fresh start to my Monday. Can’t went to go back!

What a lovely little location ! The juice and smoothie selection is large and really tasty ! We only enjoyed the juices but we were jealous of our neighbors plate ! We will come back for a try.

Seriously love this place! I’ve tried about 4 of their smoothies and 2 smoothie bowls and I have to say the making me cacao and naughty nutter are my favorites! They are so rich and creamy, better than a milkshake and they’re healthy! I love how small and open the cafe is! <br/>I live in walking distance from here which is dangerous! Can’t wait to try everything on the menu!

Update:<br/>Second Visit:<br/>Almost missed this humbling, beauty of a breakfast spot the first time I visited but word got out amongst the Cape Town Fitness community and it had to be tried. Gems like Nourish'd deserves to be visited and supported often. My first visit was accompanied by long conversations with a friend to the point where we did not realise we had spent 3 hours plus enjoying the food and the vibe. I had to come back.<br/><br/>Nourish'd is an intimate spot, in the heart of Gardens (Cape Town) with an extensive menu to provide for the health obsessed. Or anyone on the hunt for the perfect Smoothie Bowl or Avocado Toast (I haven't tried their toast yet but the food envy kicked in when I saw like an avalanche of accompanied by sprouts and only the freshest ingredients on my neighbour's plate).  <br/><br/>All dishes are cooked fresh in the kitchen where you can witness the art being made. Having tried only their Smoothie Bowls (The Boobalicious and Bladdy Blazin' Berries - yes the names are cheesy and put a good smile on my face when ordering), I can honestly the say it's best I've ever had. The combination of flavours and superfood is delicious and enough to keep you full for a few hours. <br/><br/>A huge compliment has to go to the staff who are the friendliest I've met during my foodie adventures. I drove past this place on my way to Lion’s Head and thought it looked cool enough to come get a smoothie afterwards. I had a hard time choosing a smoothie (they all sounded good), and so I asked the staff to hit me with their favorite; it was the Magic Mangito, and damn Daniel it was good. <br/><br/>As I had my smoothie, I saw some meals coming out of the kitchen and between the looks of those meals and that bomb Magic Mangito I had I will definitely be back.<br/><br/>The place is a little funky, and quaint. Cute hidden gem with really lovely staff and the most delicious smoothies. I had the Makin Me Cacao smoothie bowl and as a chocolate lover it was delicious, creamy and not too sweet. My mum had the Naughty Nutter which was also really delicious but a lot sweeter than the Makin Me Cacao. Cannot wait to go back and try more of the smoothies and juices.

This is my second visit to this quant eatery . The food is really awesome and the vibe is really cool . I had the berry smoothie bowl which was really awesome . My wife had a Buddha bowl which was really good with the exception of the falafel which was a little disappointing .<br/>The coffee was good and I would recommend a visit for healthy wholesome food - staff are also fantastic

Popped in and tried their 'Making me Caoco' smoothie. Made with raw ingredients,it was quite lovely and refreshing. The smoothie was given to me in a glass bottle which could be brought back and they reuse it (so I was told),real eco friendly! Staff were super friendly and energetic as well as informative.<br/> Very pretty decor accompanied by a upbeat vibe , gave off that rustic/homey feel. The place was pretty busy around 1. Would love to try their food next time.

Nourish'd is such a beautiful cafe, the staff are so friendly and the owner Tash is so engaging and insightful. The selection of smoothies, juices and food is very diverse and I highly recommend the Gone Green smoothie. The concept of this cafe is the first of its kind in the terms of being almost 100% sustainable. There is very little waste and all food waste is recycled and used for compost which in-turn is used for their vegetable patch. The use of glass jars and straws really demonstrates Nourish'd's dedication to protecting the environment in which it operates. Nourish'd is any foodies dream and the ultimate vegetarian/ vegan heaven.

Visited at the beginning of the week and LOVED it! <br/>Such friendly staff, excellent food and i was in Vegan Heaven - It's a must visit! I enjoyed snapping away at the food and decor, i will be visiting again in December.

Really yummy smoothies. Nice and thick consistency! I like that they aren't loaded with nut butters or lots of sweeteners. One of the best smoothie places 🙌🏼

Nourish'd is a fairy tale come to life. Super-smoothies, super-juices, super-foods, super-staff and super-peaceful :) The dreamcatchers, greenery, fairy lights, incense and soulful background music make it an ideal spot for enlightened meetings and solo decompression sessions. To know the heart of Nourish'd simply ask for their wifi password :)

Great little place with yummy juices and smoothies. I haven't tasted their coffees yet but will definitely be back to try them. <br/>Their menu isn't entirely big BUT I do think it's a place to keep an eye on. 😻 They make healthy taste so so good! <br/><br/>

This little gem is great, I'd recommend the Honey Love to anyone who's looking for a little boost. They offer some snacks as well as drinky things. <br/><br/>The small shop is very nicely decorated and feels like a beachy oasis in the middle of the city. <br/><br/>Do keep in mind that you have to pay a R10 deposit on the glass bottle for a take-away juice, but you get the money back when you return it, and the earth is better off for it.
