I had the Pasta Alfredo with creamy chicken and mushroom at extrablatte and I was assisted by Lee-ann who always gives exceptional service...this place is a must try with great food...and I rarely write reviews but I had to write one for this place...service and food is on point 👌

Definitely one of the go-to spots over the weekend. Only downside is that you have to arrive early to get a good spot at the top level where the vibe is more jolly. Drinks are great just the food that needs some work.

This review might be a bit biased seeing that I am a regular here but for good reason. Really great place to lounge and cool off. Nice variety of beers on tap. Great pipes. And if you’re visiting, you absolutely must try the snail buns. The only criticism I have is that it does tend to get rather loud on a Friday or Saturday evening.

I went for their happy hour drinks special from 5-8pm. Vast selection of yummy cocktails that are not watered down or taste like you're paying for less. Also had their feta, avo and pepperdew burger which was quite big. One of the tastiest burgers I've had and I will definitely be back! The vibe is cool and they have oka pipes on offer as well

Waiters were attentive and our order didn’t take very long. The portion sizes are pretty big and the food was good. Good ambiance and the music isn’t too loud either. They have great happy hour specials. Will definitely be going back.

It was my first time being here and honestly it was very spur of the moment due to the rest of the places being closed however, I regret nothing!

Great service & Great food! Loved the hookah lounge! I had a burger and it was definitely not what I expected, very tasty and filling! Their cocktails is flavorful as well. Thank you guys for the experience!

The ambience was cozy and warm, which was great for a cold evening. The waitstaff were so quick to help when we arrived and our drink order came within minutes. The soundtrack was amazing so we really enjoy our evening. The food was lovely too, I had the butternut soup with warm, soft rolls and my friend had the Flammkuchen. Overall a great night and was extremely affordable.

One of the minimal decent places in the area that closes 2am, which is so lovely and convenient if you want a cosy late night out.
Just stopped for some dessert and coffee and I must say their Lindt Brownie is a major win, I also had the Apple Strudel which I feel was filled with too many raisins.

The atmosphere was great as build up started for the Rugby World Cup quarterfinal - South Africa vs France. The German food was delicious. We also ordered wings, which was just as delicious. I can recommend the Raspberry craft beer!

Really nice! Their Saturday breakfast buffet is amazing! Food was good, atmosphere was a vibe.. waffle was slightly undercooked and service good have been quicker but overall 10/10

We really had an absolutely fantastic time when we visited this restaurant on the 3rd of November. This was the first place in Cape Town with the cocktails were really well priced where one could actually taste the alcohol in it. The service was exceptional , we were helped by Christina who did an absolutely fantastic job she definitely does stand out with the exceptional service she offers , I would 100% recommend that anyone who visits this fine diner, ask to be assisted by this awesome lady.

At Extrablatt Cafe you definitely get your money's worth. Excellent food and the atmosphere is wonderfully. Enjoyed a chilled night out with my besties. For mid week and the eve of Women's day we enjoyed the happy hour cocktails which lasts from 5pm until 8pm. The food came nicely presented and tasted yummy enjoyed the sweet pototoe fries. An all round good evening and great setting to just unwind.
