Simply one of the best restaurants in town if you’re aiming for getting good food in a casual and friendly atmosphere... Tip: Request your portions of grilled calamari heads while placing your booking to avoid disappointment and indulge with the Mozambican PeriPeri sauce!!!

If you are looking for a cosy, warm unpretentious place, Toni's is the place to visit. They serve Mozambiquan Portuguese cuisine. This evening there was a lovely ambience as the restaurant was full and there was a lovely warm fire going. The bread is brought with a divine Portuguese sauce which we love. We had the starter calamari tubes which is soft and tender in a garlic butter sauce, the Prawns were very tasty and the grilled Chourico was the real deal. For mains we had the Chicken Trinchado which was also very tasty and served with nice chips that is all around the bowl of chicken. Everything was tasty and our server was very friendly. The service was fantastic. Eating at this homely place is great value for money as the dishes are very well priced and the portion sizes are good too.

The food was good, I didn't order but tasted the sardines which were incredible. The chicken was very tasty and the portion is well sized.
The brownie was the let down for me. It had been warmed too much and was hard in parts.
Also for a family style restaurant there weren't enough drink options for the kids with us. No Fanta and no hot drink options on a very cold night.
The staff were friendly.

Toni's is a vibe! It's just great and affordable Portuguese food and well priced drinks. The waitrons are really attentive and friendly. Highly recommended.

This restaurant is lovely for any occasion. The atmosphere is very relaxed, so don't go there if you are needing to eat straight away. We love the trinchado, both the chicken and the beef. When you're inside it feels as if you're sitting within your own dining room area.

I cannot say that I am usually a big fan of portuguese cuisine , but wow - the calamari at Tonis. It is amazing. Nice big portions too, so a good choice if you are hungry! Their rissoles are good too.

Awesome authentic Portuguese restaurant near the top of kloof street.

The espetada here is amazing, I get it almost every time I come, and tip from a vet, let the sauce drip down onto the fries and then put meat and chips on your fork at the same time and devour in one chomp 😍

Toni's is a awesome place to come for dinner for any occasion as it has a very warm and cozy atmosphere.

Flavourful and real Portuguese food in a setting with no pretence. Everything on our table was delicious, the stew, peri peri chicken and perfect fries. Loved it and will be back for more. Worth checking out for a big and tasty meal.

I had a pleasant time at Toni's. I enjoyed the concept transforming a house into an eatery, and we were seated comfortably in the last room. It's pretty cosy and I decided to try the prawns which were tasty. My partner had the chicken which was flavoured well and quite spicy. It felt quite homey and I would definitely return
