Undoubtedly the best halaal beef burger place ive eaten at in the country. Please open a branch in Johannesburg, It will actually do so well. Maybe in sandton ? Or rosebank ? Greenside !!?

Loved their burgers, but alas - Boooo - THEY CLOSED. They are no more, gone to meet their makers, kaput, an ex-burger place. One day there, the next, not there. Like most of us I guess.
***UPDATE*** Now called 'Tom &' (I believe it's owned by Jerry's Burger Bar?) and the burgers are pretty similarly good as to when it was Woodies. So it's still MY burger destination at the V&A.
One of the best burgers. I can easily compare woodies with Shake Shack, Five guys or any other international chain.

Woodies is the best and supercedes all takeaway, fast food burger chains. You place your order at the counter and get given a number, and when your food is ready you will be called. The burger itself is fantatsic, it is a 100g patty with tomato, lettuce, onion, gherkin, cheese and mustard toppings. Personally I found the mustard a bit overpowering, but this did not detract from the overall deliciousness of the burger! You are have the option to order a side of fries, which is great value for money. The burger itself is huge, so by the time you get half way through your fries you're already full! Just a warning: the burger is quite messy so be prepared to get your hands dirty as they do not offer cutlery! Great experience here, definitely worth it!

Best Halal burger joint I've been to in Cape Town. Ton of chips added as well. The line moves swiftly as well and food doesn't take too long to be ready.
Good burgers Deliciously filled with all things good. Highly customizable meals gives you varieties of options. SODA is unavailble purchase.
Best damn burgers indeed! Madly in love with the Chilli Burger. I cannot explain how much I spread the Woodies Gospel amongst my friends! Excellent halal option for amazing burgers with GF options as well.
The burgers here are delicious, and very reasonably priced! Also, the chips are a bit pricey, but 1 portion is legitimately enough for two people, and they're fresh, and hand cut (with the skins on). Anyone who likes burgers should try them from here.
Best burgers for the best price! Love the laid back vibe and the people who work there are so kind. I wanted to order a burger and chips and at the time I placed my order they had informed me that there was no chips. I got my burgers and went to sit down and not long after that the manager (I take it) brought a plate of chips to our table for free and appologized! Not only that...everyone got free koeksisters as well! 😁😁
Lovely views, great shops and restaurants, live entertainment, clean and well maintained, what's not to like? As tourists we found it perfectly safe to walk to during the day, using main routes, but at dusk, would not visit without shuttle bus or other transport.
A day out retail therapy and chilling. Eating drinking and enjoying the surrounds. The yacht race was docking here and we were able to wish a couple of crews good luck on their next leg of their voyage.

Very alive with amazing views, huge mall , nice cafés and restaurants , very interesting aquarium, street show , harbour & canal cruises, museum -like souvenir shop, food and craft markets 😎🆒

Always a bliss visiting V n A Waterfront. It can be crowded during festive season, but ofcourse it's festive vibes right? Where else can one be? Great restaurants, all shops are available here, I mean all. Great place to be when you are on holiday, or when you want to relax and catch some fresh air. Nice view by the harbour. You can catch a boat, a helicopter an uber or a red bus. You will find everything you need here!
Beautiful mall with all the shops and restaurants you could want. The waterfront is gorgeous! We took a stroll on the boardwalk at the water...and there was a loose board which I didn't see. I fell & broke my hip!!! I can testify that Security, EMT at the mall were fabulous and treated me with the best care.
This is possibly the heart of Capetown according to me. Access to shopping store, great restaurants and great starting and end point if you are looking to do the red/blue bus as well as the cruise. You gotta have the a lot of 'Benjamin' to enjoy what the mother city has to offer
Worth a visit, loads of shops, cafes and bars in the most beautiful setting. It’s very busy and there is lots of live dancing, singing and street art.

Amazing location. Clean, neat & well laid out. Plenty of places to eat, plenty of activities along the Harbour side with amazing views. Informal pop up markets with a variety of goods & foods cater for all tastes. V&A is safe with plenty of parking. Loved it!
Very upmarket shopping venue. The usual suspect stores are all here plus the high end luxury stores which are not so easy to find. Reasonable selection of restaurants and the more market like stalls are also present outside. Loads of boat and helicopter tour stands along the actual dockside. Must visit venue when coming to Cape Town. Fantastic views of table mountain in the background.
