Best spur I have had in years and years. No sloppy oily onion rings and chips like at some other branches. Food came out hot and fast. They other I noticed and appreciate was that they seasoned the chips and onion rings.

Went there for dinner on 27 November 2022. Our waiter Morgan was friendly, kind, helpful and humerous. He assisted me with ordering a g&t (I wanted to know if the blue one tasted better than the watermelon one) and he advised me to go for the blue one. I was not dissatisfied. I had asked for no onions and only chips, but was still provided with onions and chips. When I pointed this out to Morgan, he said he will bring out my other side of chips and I can give my onions to my brother-in-law. This was no problem at all. He handled the situation with grace and admitted that he had made a mistake.
We didn't wait too long for the food and the food was delicious. We were seated close to the play section for the kids, as my niece was with. Overall the service was excellent. I didn't have my Spur rewards card with me and I provided my cellphone number, I believe the manager, came up to me, and said that they moved away from the "provide your cellphone number system" and now you can instead use the app. This is kinda cool. As my first time eating at this branch, I would definitely recommend it.
My colleague and I have been here a few times now. Never had a problem apart from the milk jug being a bit dirty. The food is excellent well prepared and by far the fastest of all the spurs. The staff are very aware of their customers and the general cleanliness of the restaurant is a win. We had anything from breakfast and ribs and they are consistent in their delivery. Will return again.
