A civilized and casual lunch with the freshest ingredients. It's like being invited to a friend's home in the middle of the working day. Luke and Katie are an amazing team. The flavour combination of the dishes we ordered was truly delightful. I'm sure dinner here must be special too.
Highly recommend this catering and restaurant. Chef Luke and his team are doing lunches from Monday to Friday, the menu changes daily and is made out of locally sourced produce (don’t miss the burrata if he has it, amazing!). Very relaxed atmosphere, covid safe location, high sealing and the air flows greatly, last but not least, the service by Kate was perfect!
They also sell fresh frozen brownies to heat up at home, they are the bomb!
Incredible private fine dining experience that serves lunch to a few people during the week and outside of events. Really inspired food in an intimate setting.
Wow. We went to support Table Seven as Luke had bought fresh & sustainable fish from Abalobi. But I never dreamt of having such a fantastic experience. We tried two different fish dishes and a starter. I'm no foodie but I might have to change my ways. It was probably the most amazing dishes I have ever tasted. I can't recommend them enough. The atmosphere is also awesome. Great hospitality. They generally aren't open at night unless you book out this big table...you can see it in the photos. We came for lunch and we sat at the "bar" where we could chat to Luke whilst we prepared our meal. It has a gas stove so you are literally watching the whole process whilst sipping on good wine. Kate had us feel right at home. What a great vision these two are walking out. I believe they have a bakery in Newlands as well. Tell us more Kate!
This one-table spot run by a husband-and-wife team provides amazing gourmet food in a friendly atmosphere. The menu changes daily. The freshly-made pasta is excellent and the chocolate brownies are apparently divine. Come on your own or bring some friends for a relaxed lunch with good wine and great coffee from around the corner.

Yhoo. What a wow👌. I have to admit that when they said Salt River I was a little suspicious as CPT eating spots aren't necessarily on that side of town. When the day arrived we trekked to Salt River and not much expected on my part I must be honest. I was just happy to celebrate my friends birthday with him and his peeps! To my surprise.. the location was superb. What they have done minimalisticly to the decor is really amazing.
Let's not talk about the food. We all just couldn't stop raving. The food was absolutely amazing👏 wow wow wow. The oysters. The charred cauliflower to the beautiful excellently prepared piece of meat. I want to go back
This is one of our favorite lunch spots in town. Luke, Kate and their friendly team always offer beautiful, yummy food and a great selection of handpicked wines. They always have something new on the menu, which is great if you like to try things out of the ordinary.
