Great service and the kids area is incredible really made me more at ease as a mom to a toddler. Secure, monitored by surveillance and adult body, children have beeper tags and wristbands attached for safety, with parental details. Food is amazing, service is amazing and everyone is happy.

We had an absolute blast here... They even offered free face painting for kids during the school holiday. My son loves the kids area... Its not huge but it is sufficient. Meals are always fresh and arrives very fast. Staff are amazing.

The new nachos schnitzel is to die for. Well prepared with a variety of different flavours. Additionally, it was served quickly and the staff were all friendly.

Kansas Spur has the most succulent & mouthwatering grills I've ever had (and I've had a lot-lot). The presentation had my sister whip up her phone as soon as the food came 📸😂. The ambiance is serene & chillled for such a big & buzzy mall. Gee walked me through the registration of the App with great knowledge, humour & flair - so delightful. And thank you to Warren for following up telephonically on my prior comments, explaining to me the procedure of the store & making a customer feel valued. It was so worth traveling past the 2 other branches 😀. Thank you, I'll certainly be back soon.

Went here after a long time. The staff was very friendly, food was delicious and was hot. Seating is comfortable. The staff were able to provide excellent service despite being packed to capacity. Only issue is it’s generally a bit on the noisy side.

What an awesome experience from SPUR. Keep it up Stix, you're an awesome manager. Nomfudo you were an amazing waitress. The service was awesome, the food was awesome, the value for money, excellent. We had the chicken schnitzel and the rump steak, with a 1 litre spritzer which was devine to the last drop. Keep it up guys. I recommend Kansas SPUR the place to eat at the Pavilion.

The staff, food and atmosphere is always good. There is nothing to complain about.

So everyone knows spur! I know it's a steak ranch, but they need to start catering to those who don't eat beef or pork, especially when it comes to their breakfast. I asked for no bacon and ended up getting bacon, just a lack of attention to customers and their order. I also got the barbecue chicken breasts, which were barbecued to death, absolutely tough and dry. It also tasted like it had been basted with gas fumes and was not pleasant. You guys need to seriously step up your game. So, I've been back to the restaurant to see if they were able to redeem themselves after speaking to the manager. I must say the customer service and attention to detail have improved. I hope they are able to maintain standards now!

My fiancé and I went here on Sunday. We ordered two unreal breakfasts, my fiancé, who doesn't eat bacon, was offered chicken strips in a BBQ sauce instead, which surprised us, as we had only ever been offered mushrooms at the other restaurants. The breakfast was lovely, the toast piping hot, when usually it's so cold that it won't even melt the butter. The staff are very respectful, friendly and attentive. I will definitely make the trip here again 🙂 The food 10/10 Drinks 10/10 Service 10/10

Always a great time everytime we go there the service is exquisite, child friendly family style restaurant vibes. The food is always amazing as well.

I rated the food with an average of 3☆☆☆, simply because the Texan Burger (my favorite) came as a relatively small chicken fillet when compared to other Spur Steak Ranch outlets. It caused me to ask if there was a standard portion size across the brand outlets. My onion rings came in as onion bits and looked like it was a shift change portion 😁... other than that my family and I always enjoy breakfast at Kansas Spur when I am around.

I felt safe entering this restaurant this morning as covid protocols were followed. My temperature was checked, hand sanitizer was provided and social distancing was adhered to. Had a delicious breakfast which was value for money. Loved the fruit juice. I signed up for a Spur Card and get vouchers. I would definitely recommend this place 👌

From the entrance, the ladies assisted us with big smiles on their faces (although it was in the afternoon) and assured us they will locate a table for us as soon as possible (as it was full). Within a few minutes we had our seats and were served by a lady (Idioma), that lady sure knows how to treat customers. She checked on us every chance she gets and made sure we get everything on time. Moreover, every other waiter or waitress we ask for something, they would deliver with no complaints and with a smile. Also the guy who was clearing our tables, he was so willing to assist, Thank you for such waiters and waitresses it is an honour to eat and spend your money at such a place. Thank you stix for suggesting🙏🏼

Had breakfast there today and the service was on point.Ordered wacky viennas for my daughter and when it arrived was not comfortable with her eating it after all the hypee around Listeriosis. Called the manager on duty and he without any fuss replaced the meal .Now that is putting the customer first and excellent client service..Well done Spur Pavilion. .will definately be back

Hi. Would love to thank spur pavilion(manager and staff) for their excellent service today. Went for supper with my family this afternoon and while there my daughters fingers got jammed at the toilet door. The staff and manager rushed to her aid immediately and attended to her wound. Thereafter they continously checked up on her and apologised prefusely although it was not their fault. Aside from this, service was excellent and the meals were prepared perfectly. Thank u guys. P.S: a suggestion: leave a space between door and door frame.

I would like to complain about the size of the crazy shake���, just kidding but that thing is massive. I had one before i had the Braai combo and i couldn't even drive home because i was so full. You guys should have a sign saying don't eat and drive lol. But on a more serious note Kansas spur never disappoints, keep up the good work guys, love it�

A big shout out to Kansas Spur that made my Boy's birthday the best ever. Good deals and good prices accompanied by excellent food and great service. Special thanx to Joshua (manager) and our waitress (sorry I can't remember her name). It was tops!

talk about discriminating against pregnant and chubby ladies, with the soccer table thing obscuring the entrance to the playroom i had stop the kids game with the poles to get in and out of the room. the play tables caused fights between the children io the room. i did complain to a manger about my child getting hit in the chest by a pole. i will never go back.
