My mother in law and I went there while we were waiting for an appointment at the doctor. The service was very friendly and quick. Payment happend without any problems.
The music inside the restaurant was quite loud though. There was no problem with the type of music, but I am sound sensitive and it was quite overwhelming. It would have helped if the volume were turned down as background music. It made it difficult to hear while giving our order through. The lady who assisted us needed to give the order through to the kitchen by speaking very loudly (basically streaming). Obviously that made me flee outside where it was a little quieter and left my mother in law alone inside to order and pay.
I had a very big headache and the staff was very helpful and empathetic. Thank you very much for that. They came to check up on me as well. Much appreciated!
Everything was very neat, tidy and clean.
The food was great! Thank you. While we sat outside and enjoyed our breakfast there were a lot of customers coming and going which shows how tasty the food and good the service is. I would definitely recommend the restaurant to others. Keep up the good work!
Staff was very friendly.
After we finished our coffee we were still talking and hadn't realized that the shop had closed already. They left us until they had to close the door before they kindly informed us that the shop actually closed 15 minutes ago.

I am loving this new Vida store so close to home. The staff greet you with a smile and are super friendly and helpful. Everything is shiny and new and the décor is simple and stylish. The coffee was up to usual Vida standards (always love their flavoured lattés).
Very convenient if you want a quick coffee and snack on the go. The Vida in Plattekloof has a bigger variety and is HALAAL.

Of all the Vida e cafés in the bellville Durbanville areas this is my favorite choice to sit down grab a wrap and a smoothy and sit and get some work done as it's normal not very bsuy and service is quick and friendly. The wifi is fast enough to get some emails out and it has air-conditioning making it nice and cozy. If you need to stop for some work away from the office I'd recommend popping in here.
The usual fast and efficient service. The coffee was great as usual and my toastie really hit the spot!
The entrance is wheelchair accessible and parking is free in the little center.
Love coming here- Turnaround time for orders have always been quick, interior (kitchen and seating area) has always been immaculate, the coffee has never disappointed, and the cherry on top is always the staff... Incredibly enthusiastic, accommodating, and friendly- Always put a smile on my face :)
Love the staff here. Always a chill vibe and great coffee to start my day. Anytime I meet up with a friend at this location, my day is extraordinary!
