This is a restaurant with a difference with wild animals that is under the care of the centre as well as the ok food stop and brewery and bakery House that's on site with a spur restaurant for a quick meal.
The aleutians facilities were clean and well looked after however inside the store there was a bit of a queue waiting to pay for the goods but also given that it is peak holiday season that is to be expected
Friendly service and food was great. I would have given 5 stars if they hadn't forgotten about my milkshake (which they could have made and given to me while I was waiting for the food).
On multiple occasions recently the service has been excellent. The waiter was friendly and provided prompt service. The food has always been delicious and prepared to a very high standard. This place has become a must visit when passing by.
Due to sunflower, dairy and canola allergy it is difficult to eat out. Thank you for using palm oil. The chef and waitress were so helpful. Much appreciated!
Super Spur! Staff are friendly, service is fast and food delicious. R43 for an Unreal breakfast. Comfortable seats. You guys will definitely see us again. Thanks for the super service.

All over a good experience. Shorten version of the Spur menu. Take away also available. Fuel is good. While at it stock up at the convenience store. Do not drive pass just because Brian could not get a hot chocolate.. 👍😉
If you have an employee of the month award, it should go to West. We stopped at Thanda Tau on Monday. We ordered 3 bacon & cheese burgers, one cheese burger, 3 cokes and a Latté. Today (Friday) we stopped there again. As we entered, West repeated our whole order and asked if we still wanted the same as Monday 😃 we were flabbergasted 😳 super service, thank you West. Food also great as always 👌🏻
The restaurant was busy and service was a little slow, however friendly staff were doing their best, the food was great. The premises are beautiful. The bathroom pretty and clean. The best stop for a relaxing break from the journey.
The first time I stopped at any Grill & Go. What a awesome restaurant this was. Tapelo such an excellent person. Quick efficient and definitely not the last tome I visit them. Keep up the good food and good service.
Exceptionally clean environment. Best tasting Spur that we have had after a very long time. Friendly staff, efficient service and affordable meals. Every meal was done to perfection. Highly recommend this as a pit stop, especially if you prefer less of the hustle and bustle. This will definitely be one of our stops. Please keep up the quality and service.
