What an absolute gem! Had a fantastic meal with the family. Food was amazing! All 3 meals looked and tasted absolutely Devine! Will most definitely recommend!
Lamb curry was beautifully cooked, the snails were melt-in-mouth and the steak was perfection on a plate! Jean-Mari, the manager came to the table often to ensure we were happy.

Huge kids play area, away from the “big people” but where parents can still sit and keep an eye on the little ones. Fab fab fab experience, something quite rare in the Vaal.
Had a great time, great vibes and aesthetic. Had the 3 cheese rump steak with mash. The mushroom, halloumi, and wings starters were delicious, as well as the strawberry daiquiri. The waiters were excellent and gave good and kind service. All over fun experience.
The waitress provided great & fast service, very friendly as well, she recommended a good cocktail but can you please invest in actual cocktail glasses not beer ones, we love taking photos & definitely eat with our eyes. The seafood dish that I ordered was divine, I cannot stop thinking about the calamari and how perfectly coated it was, not greasy at all, definitely star of the meal👌. My partner was pleased with his dish too. Nice casual vibey place.

Absolutely loved this place. Decor is brilliant, offering a relaxed yet funky atmosphere for various ages - kids also welcome. Food was amazing (and lots), prices extremely reasonable. Creamy milkshakes to die for. Great selection of drinks, cocktails and shooters for the adventurous. They also do functions. Seating available inside at tables, bar as well as outside. Well worth the visit...
I asked what their best burger was and this is what they recommended! I think the burger was alright - too much going on for my liking.
Would definitely go back to try other burgers though, food here is always of a high quality, staff is friendly and the atmosphere is really chilled!
What a pleasant surprise, had no expectations walking in.
Service was excellent, Hazzy was above and beyond. Food was not only delicious but for the first time in a long time had to ask for a "doggy bag", too much.
Starters were halumi and the snails and for mains had the meat platter and prawn curry. Prices very reasonable.
Gas monkey pub and grill is a very great place to go with the family for a nice meal and some fun and you can go with a friend's and have a couple of 🍻 so go and visit gas monkey pub and grill for so much more fun staff to do.
This place is exceptional, amazing, excellent! We went here for a quick lunch on our way to a wedding and oh my word... The food is amazing! I would rate the food as one of the top 10 places ever in South Africa that I have eaten.
Be prepared to be amazed!
We were greeted by staff, and later by the owner himself who made sure we were happy.
We decided to go back the next morning and were treated with the same amazing experience.
