I was very happy as they had Pokémon toys with their happy meals the same as overseas showing they are update like their franchise overseas. My grandson enjoyed not just the food but the toy as well. THE staff were very friendly.

Excellent service..... Unfortunately I forgot to ask for my coke that came with my meals but all in all I always have a good time and a great meal here with the family..... Very spacious and chilled vibes

Ladies in the kiosk were chatting n gossiping about their manager while my food is ready on the counter and not handed over to me until the car behind hooted. Drink orders didn't come according to my order but otherwise the food was delicious.

Quick and friendly service in store. Neat and clean and nice vibe. Staff were helpful and pleasant and beautifully kitted in their uniforms.
Food was good however they forgot the jalapeños in the jalapeño burger.
Definitely one of the best Mcds in Durban/Umhlanga.
Busy branch - even at 10am on a weekday they had a long drive thru queue.

I always loved this mcdonalds and felt that it was one of the very best in the durban area. I always was critical of mcdonalds verulam and stated they should be more like mcdonalds umhlanga. But after my experience today at mcdonalds umhlanga I feel for a mcdonalds franchise in an unscale area such as umhlanga the standards have dropped drastically. Today when I visited with my hubby 4 tables we sat at were dirty and not cleaned. The establishment was not busy and I don't understand as to how the tables were ready for customers to use when they had not been wiped down at all. There were crumbs and left over food on and under the table as well as long strands of hair on the seating which was so off putting. Also when they delivered our food the sauce packets were sticky and stuck together. When I spoke to the manager they apologized and said they would speak to the cleaning staff. But from the attitude of the cleaning staff it's apparent they were doing us humble customers a service by simply doing their job. Customer service is no longer a priority at this branch. Post covid sanitizing and hygiene is no longer a priority.

It's always good time here, friendly staff. We were assisted by Nomfundo today. A very generous and welcoming lady. Overall, I would rate the place 9/10. It's good for business meetings as well. We closed sales here

Good consistent food. Like so many other branches, the play area is under construction. The whole point we come with the kids.

The drive-thru queue is always so long. We ended up ordering inside. The ordering kiosk gives me so much anxiety but your staff was very helpful. Service was quick. Play area still closed. Womens' bathroom was too dim and there was water on the floor. Someone could slip and fall.

It's McDonald's, it has pretty much the same food all over SA, but it is Halal so that's a positive. However they did run out of water which was a problem
They should also look at veggie happy meals (or fish happy meals)
