Millie customer service is excellent. She seated us in a comfortable spot and brought our food prim and proper. She also listened to our instructions very well accommodated our needs. She came continuously to check up on us. Thank you so much Millie for the excellent service.

My waitress was lovely. Her name is Sonto. She recommended whats best in the menu and took her word. No regrets. She didn't pester me by asking if i was alright every10 mins. I was glad for that as that made me enjoy my meal and be relaxed.. Thank you for the lovely food and service from your employees.

Tucked away in a quiet area of Gateway mall, it's a great place to start your morning visit to the mall. The staff are friendly & helpful, but varies ever time I go there. Service is OK depending on how many staff are on duty & the number of customers inside. Typical wimpy menu options available & the food & drinks are well presented. Just note that staff didn't always get my order correct every time I've been there. Paying afterwards has always been an issue of some kind, so be prepared for extra wait if you're rushing to work or need to be somewhere on time

Our first time on Durban at Gateway . We have find Amanda who have a good attitude towards customers her effort and with smiling face showing customers love . As I am a business studies learner in grade 12 I have seen that in this restaurant there is Totally quality management . Meaning this business know what best for its .
