I always have their white chocolate Mocha! 😍 It's my guilty pleasure and they serve it however you like, with low fat or skim milk. The service is great and quick, which is all you expect.
Always serves very lovely coffees... the Ice coffees are tasty... Nice sofas to relax at ... it's a pretty open space ... good for a coffee stop when taking a break from shopping
Great coffee spot after a long day of shopping. Service is relatively quick and there are always a variety of sweet treats available ranging from cakes to macaroons to brownies.The open area plan has had a recent makeover with new seating. Cappuccinos are definitely average though
The service here is speedy, so it's good for coffee on the go. They offer seating if you prefer sitting down for your coffee. Also, the regular is HUGE, so coffee lovers will love the size of the tall.
Used our entertainer app to some sweet cappuccino and coffee at Gloria Jeans Gayeway. Yummy and chocolaty foam. Macaroons so yum especially the coconut and pistachio.
This place is situated in lovely spot inside Gateway, you walk past and you just can't help but stop. The set up is just so inviting. They have good coffee and service with a smile - what more could you ask for?
I think they make great coffees and even better smoothies. I don't see any of these in Jhb. Miss them, I thought that they were a nice coffee brand.

Delicious #cappuccino and #chailatte. 😍Together with Blueberry muffin and Ferrero Cupcake (diabetes for daaaaays). Came to R96 for us both, quite pricy but the portions were worthwhile🙌🏼 good service too😊 🌟🙌🏼
Absolutely love their coffee, I had the white chocolate mocha, and it’s absolutely amazing. Don’t think I’ve had coffee this good in a while!
We went to have a breakfast and sip of coffee. We were greeted with a nice warm, smiling welcome from the staff. The menu was simple yet so many tasty toasty options. If you are outsider or want a light breakfasts, then recommend is to go for Avo on Toast. Delicious flavours, complete the breakfast with nice warm coffee.

Excellent coffee. Divine milkshakes. Friendly staff. Loved the couches where one can relax and enjoy your coffee. They also have space for those who needs to bring their laptops along.

Gloria Jean's Coffee place at the Gateway Mall is a lovely location to enjoy a cup of coffee (or any other beverage) with additional snacks. The atmosphere is great and the staff is very friendly - the service is quite good - they bring your order within a short space of time and very nicely served too. The seats are very comfortable so you can relax while enjoying the drinks and snacks. Great place to take break while shopping at the mall.
Lovely little coffee shop franchise in the middle of Gateway Shopping Centre. Two of them are ideally situated on either end of the mall and one is situated upstairs in the food court area. The open plan stores have comfortable couches, tables and chairs and booth seats as well. Ideal spot for mid-shopping cuppa with a wide selection of coffees, shakes and light snacks to choose from.
