It was a lovely light in a dark tunnel. The staff where friendly and the shop was very clean. Food was yum and served fast
Great for a fast food fix. Their Bar-one milkshake is pretty good.
The food was very delicious and fresh, They were very busy and a little bit under staffed, Only one cashier to help all the poeple and she has to pack all the food which caused a bit of a delay but the food was worth the wait.

When you pass through Touwsriver while traveling along the N1 between Cape Town and Johannesburg and you need a break weather it be to relax, grab a bit to eat or get something to drink and even need to refill your vehicle, whether it be a car or truck. This establishment located at the Total Filling Station next to the N1 National Road is definitely the one to stop at. Here you will find a Steers, Mug 'n Bean (Classic in containers) and a convenient shop. Toilets are generally always clean (except for certain customers which may leave them untidy from time to time) and the staff are generally very friendly and helpful and that goes for the management as well, especially as I call him "Oom Willie"
On the long road? Food, best coffee, rest!! What a joyful experience......

I do like Steers food and Cant critisize the food... but I feel most of the times that the service is not up to standard even for the short 5 minitues it takes to place an order... I just feel out of place and if its is too much trouble for them to assist me...
Perfect stop next to the main N1 Road leading through the karoo. Service is friendly and helpful. Familiar food items on the menu. Seating available outside.
