Definitely seems like Bootleggers is a dependable franchise all round - had another stunning breakfast there this morning. Restaurant was well run, staff were awesome, and place has a rad vibe. I love the extensive menu options and our meals were great and food value for their price. Definitely will go back - again and again.

Second time at Bootleggers in Tokai and had a pleasant time once again :) this time I ordered the Omega Avo Smash and it was absolutely delightful and refreshing 👌 as well as being super healthy and nutritious! It may look small but it was very filling! Highly recommend juice 6 too

Christoffel Goosen

We are regulars at this place because of their consistency. They have great beer and coffee specials. Their staff are welcoming and efficient. Their veggie wrap and caprese sandwich is super tasty. I must say that their pizzas and quinoa burger were not as great as the wrap and sandwich, and could do with a bit of improvement. This franchise is doing really well and the tokai branch lives up to the standard.

✖️ Took a while to get serviced - had to go to the barristers to ask for coffee - however after that pretty good service
✔️ No toast breakfast was wonderful - I did add extra bacon (because bacon is amazing 😍)
✔️ Sandbar breakfast was also great and super yummy - they toasted the sourdough perfectly
✔️ Coffee (as always) was fantastic
✔️ A huge fan of Bootlegger and this did not disappoint

Lovely little spot for a catch up with the girls. We loved sitting outside, sipping on coffee and chatting the morning away. Service is fast and friendly and the banana bread french toast is all kinds of YUM!

December 2016. I went once with my wife and we've loved it so much that we went back almost each morning. Huge coffees, fresh orange juice and beautiful plates for breakfast. We've never been disappointed. It's the perfect place to spend a lazy morning.
The croissans and muffins are amazing delicious and the staff is very friendly.

A friend brought me here for coffee and breakfast on a beautiful Sunday morning. We sat out on the patio and I enjoyed a delicious flat white coffee and avocado toast. The waitress was delightful and we never felt rushed. Delicious coffee as well.

My favourite coffee place in the neighbourhood. It's the perfect spot for having refreshments after a cycle ride, or to spend a few hours in, on your WFH days. Staff are always friendly and the service is very efficient. Love the quality of the coffee here as well. I find it to be the perfect spot to do work, to meet up with friends, or just reflect on a day well spent. Friendly and accommodating staff that makes for a pleasant experience. they are always very attentive. It has fast become one of my favorite coffee/ food spots.

Coffee is as excellent as you’d expect it to be but the takeaway counter is tragically slow and really poorly serviced. At the butcher most Tuesdays and grabbing a quick takeaway always seems a hack. I’ll keep popping in but hope that part improves. Leaving the review above for anyone to see the progress. Went in today (I do every Tuesday) and it was a breeze, in and out and a delicious almond milk flat white. Awesome to see reactions to this sort of thing. Thanks Bootlegger 🙌🏼

Very quaint charming like atmosphere with the nature all around you it feels peaceful ✌️ Good stop for a morning coffee ☕️ with a friend or need a pick me up smoothy after a morning walk in the forest then Bootleggers has it for you. They have a wide variety of foods to choose from. They have milk substitutes aswell and gluten and vegan options so it really is a smorgasbord of options 😊

Killer coffee, and an awesome atmosphere whether you want to knuckle down and get some good work done, or if you want a place to connect with your friends or colleagues Baristas are coffee ninjas - they make each cup a masterpiece.
